I bought these based on the reviews which were very convincing. I wear a size 11 narrow. They fit perfectly except for the fact that the heel is not narrow enough. When I walk they slip right off. Unfortunately they were final sale and can't be returned. Guess they will end up in a consignment shop.

The shoes appeared to be nice looking but were far too large. I have ordered before on line and have always been a perfect size 8 1/2. These were not even close to the correct size. I had to return them.

They are lovely but too narrow, and being pattent they were returned. I would give these a higher score but there has been no follow up or refund at the time of this review.

Terrible quality. The sole is made out of foam (think dollar store flip flops). They look so cheap. I cannot believe the audacity Naturalizer has to produce such a low quality product at this price point. I got them on sale and I still feel ripped off.
Also, I ordered the hazelnut brown and they are actually a dusky rose colour.

These were just not cushy enough. I have some Naturalizer flats that are very ,very comfortable.

I received these yesterday and wore them around the house, I’ve bought naturalized shoes in the past that I still wear today, so I wasn’t concerned about the quality. These shoes are not the same as past Naturalizer shoes I have purchased. After a couple of hours, the right shoe makes a noise when I walk, the left shoe sole sinks unevenly to the right, causing the shoe to press into my left ankle bone. I couldn’t wait to take them off. I have an office job and walk minimally indoors throughout my workday. Cute shoes but I cannot wear them again.

When I saw these shoes online I thought WOW! this shoes are for me. Sadly, when I received my shoes they where a disappointment. The shoes where defective. The finishing was very blotchy, the Loafers looked terrible. I was so disappointed as I was going to take them on my vacation. I ended sending the shoes back.

This shoe is NOT a wide width. Do not buy if you have wide feet. I ordered wide but design is very narrow.

This was such a struggle because my usual size felt good on all of my foot except for the heel. My heel kept popping out of the shoe when I walked. I then ordered a half size smaller and then the toe of the shoe was way too tight. I then got the half size larger in Wide and the entire shoe was too small now. No size difference helped this oddly shaped shoe. It was sad because they are so cute

I bought two pairs and expected them to be so comfortable. Unfortunately after wearing the first pair - went to the grocery store - and less than 10 minutes of walking, I was in such pain. I ended up with an awful blister on the back heel. One week later and the blister is still painful wearing other shoes. This should not happen with such an expensive pair of shoes. The unworn pair is being returned.

These were night and got narrow at the toe. You'll need to size up. I'm returning them because the insteps are too tight for me. Disappointed.

The shoes that arrived had very poor quality. I can't believe they would still deliver those. They should check their products before sending them out. The leather has shrunk and was wrinkled
