I'm super happy to find a Converse I can wear into my 50's with the Chuck 70 OX. I gave up wearing Converse a few years ago as my dancer's feet and long hours stsnding needed more support. As a lifelong Chuck's wearer it was sad to give them up. After careful consideration reading the reviews, I decided to give this style a try. A winner! I got the beautiful neutral Wolf Grey to go with everything and I'm waiting for the all bkack to come back in stock. I'm usually a W's size 81/2 so chose an 8 and it fits great! Much more supportive with the thicker sole and Ortholite. I'm hoping they do more colors cos I want more of these Chucks!

I had a pair of the black on black Converse that were lost while sailing. I found these which were priced a bit higher. Well worth the extra cost and they fit great. I typically wear a women’s size 7 Med width. My feet are a bit narrow but these fit fine.

I love these shoes. I have 3 pairs of the chuck 70, and the low top mono black are my favorite. They’re way sturdier then the standard ones, and more comfortable. Worth the extra $. Go a hand size down your normal size in these.

I've always loved the look of the Chuck Taylors but they didn't cut it when I needed to walk a long way. This version is slightly more robust with excellent cushioning. I can be on my feet all day! No compromising required. They're not kidding about running big, I needed a full size smaller than usual.

These are definitely better support than the cheap.standard chucks. The run huge. Clown shoe huge. I went a full size down. Classics, wear them every day (once i got the size right)
