Donald Pliner has gone down hill! The shoes are now made in China and as a result lack that yummy Italian leather comfort that was Pliner in the past. I am returning these as I think there are many other shoes out there that are not China made!

This is not the shoe for someone with a wider foot

I was so excited about this shoe, but I did not realize that one side is open. I thought the strap went all the way across. It doesn't. Look closely at both sides of the shoe before you order. Also, the strap was too tight on my foot. Back they went.

I am sometimes a size 8 and sometimes a size 8.5. Donald Pliner brand I am a size 8.5. I own a couple pairs of Donald Pliner slip on mules and they are extremely comfortable, great quality and very stylish.

I love the look of this sandal! It is comfortable and has an ever so slightly rimmed exterior to keep the foot from slipping on the sole. I wouldn’t recommend it for strenuous walks but it will be nice for basic indoor use and out-and-about. I did return the first pair received because it was so large. Normally I take a 9 and the pair I kept is an 8. Great price, too. Thanks, Zappo’s!

they are great shoes but not the quality I have come to expect from the Pliner name.
