Like the other reviewers, I experienced the narrow toe box in the 8M. I am usually a true 8M in booties. The length was OK, but the narrowness of the toe area could not be ignored. Also the arch support was pretty high and I could feel it, but due to the sizing I'm not sure it was exactly where it should be. Cute style but I returned and don't want to attempt buying various sizes so I went w/ the Ecco skyler wedge booties instead.

Loved these soooo much, but too short and felt narrow. I typically wear a size 8 and that is what I ordered but unfortunately have to return and they don't have the size and color I really want.

I can wear a narrow, so these felt a little loose around the middle of my foot, but they also felt a tad bit short.

Even though I normally wear a narrow in this brand, these were far too narrow!

There is really nothing wrong with the shoes themselves, they just didn’t suit me. They were too big and I just didn’t like them as much as I thought I would.

I ordered an 8 and these shoes fit my wide foot fairly well. However the material was so soft that my large toe was already making a dent in the fabric and I could tell it was going to wear out the fabric fairly quickly so I returned them.

Cute shoe. Not enough support. The shoes arrived with right shoe scuffed! They are going back.

These were just what I wanted. I loved the style and color. However, these were way too narrow for me. I take a W and although these were W, they were definitely not wide enough for me. Sadly I had to return them.

Loved the style not the fit! I have a wide foot. These are NOT wide at all. 8W was somewhatwide in ball of foot but also wide in heel. Wide means ball of foot only! The 7-1/2 W I could not even get my foot in. It fit like a narrow. I have read reviews similar to mine, that M is a narrow and Wide is a medium. The name Soft Walk pulled me in but is not soft. Zipper was so short on 7-1/2W boot barely opened and leather was hard. Returning !

Already falling apart after 5 wears. Not durable

Not a nice fit — absolutely no support it was like wearing a slipper way to light plus they were too small could not wear socks with them!

i was expecting the length to be perfect as it was 10.5 but it was too short and the arch support was non-existent.

Accidentally returned item through Amazon at Kohl's. Tracking #KOH1313231133. I had to order another pair as I needed these for a trip. When Amazon forwards the shoes to Zappos can you please refund my American Express card. Thank you.

I really wanted to like these boots because they are super stylish and had great arch support. However, the toe area was SUPER narrow and then when I walked, my heels came up (meaning separated from the bottom of the shoe). Odd, odd fit. They will have to be returned unfortunately.

Such a disappointment for a pair of Softwalks. Suede and soles were stiff, nap is worn smooth across both toes, and very narrow fit.

Had been looking at these boots for awhile. The leather and boot is very nice. I have a narrow foot and have a difficult time buying shoes, even in a narrow width. I read multiple reviews and based on those I ordered a 9 narrow. I don’t know how so many reviewers could be so wrong. Most said order size up, runs extremely narrow. I take and 81/2 narrow, sometimes 9 narrow. Therefore, based on reviews, I ordered a 9 narrow and was very excited to receive them thinking if so many people said they wore narrows and these were too narrow for them , they had to fit me. What a disappointment, my foot floated in the boot it was so wide. I even checked the size to confirm it was actually a narrow width.

They did not feel comfortable or fit well. It was a little tight around the toes. Even though that would probably stretch out with wear, It was too loose by my heel. My heel was not secure in the bootie. I also felt the stitching through sides of the shoe. I don’t think these are put together very well, I am returning.

I ordered an 8 Medium and an 8 Narrow, and neither one fit, so I have returned both of them. The Medium was too wide for my foot, and the Narrow was too tight across the top of my foot but still slipped on my heel. The style and quality were fine.

I wear a size 5 medium width always. Couldn’t even get my foot in the 5. Tried a 51/2 and a 6. Could barely get the 51/2 on and it was very uncomfortable. I could get the 6 on and it was the worst show I ever put on my foot! Pinched my toes, squeezed my foot, I couldn’t get it off fast enough. Looks well made and is very cute but felt just awful! Save your time and don’t buy this torture shoe.

I have a narrow foot and the medium was too narrow!! I am a true size 12 and they are too short. Too bad, gonna have to send back!!
