These are so cute and I really wanted them to work, but I had to return them. I am a true size 8, and they run small. Probably needed 8 1/2. Also, I have a very narrow foot, but I ordered the medium width so I could wear with socks. The medium width were very narrow. I could barely wear with even a thin sock. Very good arch support. Recommend order up 1/2 size, order medium width if narrow foot, and wide width for normal foot.

I thought these were just beautiful and the color is too. But they didn't fit perfectly and I was very sad to have to return them. They were just a tad too long and a tad too narrow by the toes for me. I love Softwalk shoes in general - they are soft and have great cushioning. So again....sadly returned.

This boot is so comfortable I was afraid something was going to happen to it. The outer sole is so soft that I thought the boot was going to pop. But it did not. I could not believe the comfort. I fell weeks ago and my ankle still hurts; but in these boots no issues. Thanks Soft Walk you out did yourself with this particular boot. The only thing I would recommend is a spray protectant.

Unbelievably light and comfortable! As I was was walking around the house to test them I forgot I had them on!

Perfect. I ordered my usual 8N and they fit fine. Nice soft leather and very comfortable. Narrow shoes are getting more and more difficult to find and I hope Zappos will continue to include them.

These are really nice looking boots - exactly whet I wanted. I generally order a 9- 9.5 AA depending on reviews. Ordered the 9.5. I agree with other reviews - the toes are way to narrow and short in depth (bottom to top) and length. If I order a larger size , my heel will walk out of these. Very frustrating but VERY thankful that Zappos allows people like me to buy and return free of charge.

Super cute! Exactly what I wanted! I wear a 61/2 M and these were true to size for me. Fit perfectly.

Ordered an 8 wide, which should be about a half size too big. Nope, the footbed is narrower than what I expect in a wide shoe and my toes are squished in the toe box. On the other hand, this boot has the best arch support of the boots I have tried so far.

These boots are just what my narrow feet need!! Wearing an 11 narrow makes it difficult to find cute booties. These are comfortable and don’t make my feet look like skies. If you need a narrow these are for you! I can see where others are saying they are too narrow! The narrow fits like a AAA width. You don’t need to size up for length, but the boot is very narrow! I hope this helps in your sizing!

These boots fit my narrow heel wonderfully, while still allowing plenty of room in the toe box for my aging and expanding metatarsals!

I was looking for winter warm booties and this was exactly what I was looking for! However, my normal size is 11M but based on the reviews I opted for a 12W, thinking room for socks. I am going to trade them for a 12M. These were just too wide and wrinkled when I walked. They are soft and well made, I just wish I were an easier fit!

These shoes are amazing....every Softwalk shoe should feel this good.

I typically fit in a size 9M boot, but these were short. I actually thought they were a bit narrow too, so I ordered a 9.5M and 9.5W to try. The 9.5M was perfect with a little toe wiggle room.

Loved the style but the boot has very little arch support so I knew it wouldn't not be comfortable for long-term wearings.

I typically wear a 10.5 wide and these fit perfectly. I was able to wear them shopping and walking at around school all day.

I wear a 10N and these, much to my surprise, fit perfectly. Yes the toe box is a bit narrow but for those of us with narrow feet, these are perfect.

Just a tad short and a tad narrow. I ordered a half size bigger and wider. Hoping they work! I love the look of the boot!

The boots felt a little narrow at first but stretched out enough after a few days and now feel great. I wear a 5 shoe but buy 5.5 in boots to fit a thicker sock. The arch support is wonderful. These boots are cute and comfortable.

Loved the style but the toe box felt short therefore toes felt cramped. Width was perfect; however, I usually wear AAA. Don't want to but feel I must return them.

Loved these black booties, unfortunately I will be returning them. I'm a true 5 1/2 in length however depending on the style I need a wider toe box. I found the boots to be narrow across the toe area. Length fit perfectly and I had no trouble zippering the sides. The leather seemed to be of good quality and I liked the low wedge style heel. The back of the boot was covered with suede rather than leather, a nice touch.

These are wonderful! Love how they fit and they’re super comfy. I wear a 10W normally, and after reading reviews ordered 10.5W…perfect! After wearing 4-5x the zipper broke. I’m heartbroken to return them, but will reorder and hope for better luck.

I purchased this bootie because of the comfortable looking style. I'm sure this would be true, if the size fit me. Always take a 6, but this bootie needed to be half size larger for ratings to be on accurate. Love Zappos!!! thanks for outstanding service....i

The boot is very pretty and the area just below the ankle is too narrow
