These shoes looked really narrow in the pictures. I ordered the wide and was pleasantly surprised that they fit me so well. I am a nine wide, use orthotics, and have bunions and Morton’s neuromas. Buying stylish shoes has always been difficult. A lot of reviewers had a problem with the “slip-on” style. I can’t explain why, but they are easy for me to get off and on my feet. They’re super comfortable, have a chic and dressy style, and me and my problem feet love them!

The footbed is thick and removable, so I was excited that I’d probably be able to put my arch supports in these. However I ordered the Wide and couldn’t get my foot in the shoe. Too narrow. I’m typically a wide width.

Contrary to the other reviews, I found the shoe very comfortable and had no issues as the other reviewers had. I did order the wide as I do have a wider foot and the wide fit perfect. Most wide widths are somewhat too wide for me. The foot bed is very comfortable. I ordered the espresso brown and it is definitely a darker brown. Love the shoe!

SOOO FRUSTRATING ONE PAIR IS JUST PERFECT-(HAD TO RETURN BECAUSE DEFECTIVE SQEEK WHEN WALKING) BUT...FOR WIDTH AND SAME SIZE I HAVE ORDERED TWICE TO MAKE SURE, ARE SOMUCH NARROWER AND OPEING SO SMALLL I CAN NOT GET MY FOOT IN THE SHOE AT ALL!!! FEELS LIKE A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SHOE YET SAME ORDER NUMBER

Wanted to like this shoe. Liked the style. Usually wear a medium width, but this shoe was to narrow, will look to see if it comes in a wide. Sorry to be returning.

For larger feet like mine, the dual goring was not sufficient for easy slip-on. Neither long enough or wide enough. Too bad, because it's a very cute shoe!

Size and fit are great. I feel ‘classy’. When wearing them.

These fit perfectly right out of the box! They are literally the first shoes I've bought in 30 years that I didn't have to put multiple insoles and arch supports in to make them fit. I took them out of the box, tried them on, let out a little squeal of delight, and wore them to work! The only negative thing I can say is that they're kind of loud - the sole is quite firm so you're not going to be able to sneak up on anyone in these shoes. As soon as I'm done with this review I'm going to look for other colors!

I am a true medium and these shoes I could not even get on my feet! They are very narrow. Very disappointed. I did read the other reviews, but given I have never had trouble....very disappointed!

I liked the shoe. I wish I listened to everyone who said they ran narrow. But I didn't, and I am returning them now. Too bad they don't have my size in the wider width.

Cute shoes and the left foot fit was perfect...however, my slightly larger right foot with the hammer toe wasn’t happy even with thin soft socks. So, back to Zappos to try and find something that fits both of my feet!

Based on other reviews, I ordered a 7.5 W, although I normally wear a medium width. The shoes were very comfy and I would have kept them, but the color was not quite what I was expecting. They are even more red than in the photos on the website. The color is called Brown Espresso, but it should be called Red Espresso. Wish this came in a more neutral beige or a true brown.

I was excited to get this shoe (I've been looking for something like this for a while now), but when it arrived and I tried it on, it was way too narrow. It fits like a regular medium width, not at all like a wide width shoe. Disappointed.

love the padding in the shoe but this opening was more of a normal width compared to the grey pair in a 11W;;tighter=narrower and shorter in width felt like a 10c NOT a 11d(W)

I have same shoein grey: same size and width but this brown expresso--- which is really more of a wine color---is much narrower. and shorter in length so I am trying again.

Small. I am a true 8 med for all shoes, but I could not even get my foot into this shoe. Very disappointed.

These shoes are very cute but sadly they are too wide on my narrow foot. I miss the days SoftWalk carried S (3A). I wold have just worn thick socks but they weren't that comfortable. Not what I expect in in SoftWalk shoe.

Really cute shoes but much narrower than "normal".

I have purchased 2 pairs of Softwalk sandals in the last 2 years. I love them both. They are comfortable & stylish. I had hoped Softwalk shoes would fit the same way. However, the inner liner/removable arch support did not hit me in the correct place. I could barely get my foot into the shoe. I tried removing it, but that didn't improve the fit or comfort, so I will be returning these shoes.

Had to return. Very hard to pull on and too narrow. I even ordered a half size larger based on review. Too bad as they are a very cute shoe.
