I like this shoe even more than I expected! It is a well made, comfortable shoe - the leather is soft and supple, the footbed is cushiony. The square toe and scallopped design make it very feminine. Normally, I wear either a 9 1/2 or a 10 (always a Medium width). This shoe fits me perfectly in a 9 1/2 M. The heel does slip ever so slightly, but the Mary Jane strap is adjustable so when I tightened it a little that issue went away. I ordered it in the navy blue and while I like the color it is darker than the picture suggests. When I first opened the box I thought I had received the black, but on closer inspection in the light it is a true navy blue. Overall, a really nice shoe! Good value, style and comfort

True to size, but if you are close to a wide, this might be tight. I am an M or B width, and the shoes were exactly the right width, with no excess. They were really comfortable for flats.

Super cute. Received many complements. I needed wide shoes due to a foot injury that is taking its time to heal. These are very comfortable. Fits fine on the unaffected foot, too, because of the adjustable straps.

I like flashy shoes and wanted to find some super cute flats for an irritated nerve in my foot and was stoked to spot these in pewter. Very cute, however, when I received them, the fit is weird. First thing I noticed... I have a closet full of medium width shoes and ordered medium width, but these are quite narrow compared to all of my other M width shoes, and therefore very tight on the sides of my toes. The other weird thing about the fit is that the sides come up so high that they actually rub against my ankle bone, so that wasnt gonna work. I've never actually had that happen before with shoes, but I put in a half insole and that lifted my heel up enough to give a couple millimeters of space. Since they are sold out of wider widths i will just return them, but if they had wider i would exchange and see if that would work because the foot bed is very comfy with some decent arch support (i need a lot).

The toe area of these shoes is soft and comfortable, they narrow a little at the toe so this caused a problem with my big toe. The run a little bit long but would not cause a problem for most people The feminine style is lovely. The navy color is also great

The great thing about these shoes is the footbed: sturdy and well-padded for a flat, and they don't look clunky. I usually wear a narrow, but Trotters run narrow. Because there's a strap to keep these on my heel, I ordered a medium, and it works. I'm returning them because the right shoe felt a half size too small - like they got mislabeled or something. Otherwise they'd be fine.

Cute shoe for a comfort shoe. Unfortunately Trotters is serious about Narrow, and while the heel fit my skinny heel perfectly, the toe was just too narrow for not-skinny big toe.

I LOVED the looks of this shoe. The strap is wonderful for people with narrow feet. The scallops gave them a dressier look. Unfortunately, the toe box was tight and rubbed my foot, so sadly I had to send them back.

I have come to the realization that my narrow, narrow feet will not move me about unless their shoes are held on with straps. Also I am awkward in high heels. Now the trick is to find a pair of strappy flats that look good enough for formal wear. These will do the trick, I think! The scalloped edge is delightful. They fit my size nine narrows neatly. I can walk in them! The padding feels a bit intense now but I am willing to give it time and wearings to settle down.

I kept all three colors that I bought. I like that it had a removable insert so I could put my own in. I would be better off with one of the old-fashioned "combination lasts". Those are the ones that are narrower in the heel. I am actually wide in the front but medium in the heel. For this reason, I usually like straps to keep the shoe securely on the foot. Nobody makes combination lasts anymore (go ask your mom!). These are nicely styled and comfortable. I like the fact that they do no have those chunky rubbery soles. I need something for the office, but can no longer do heels comfortably. P.S. Make more flats with rubber souls that match the color of the shoe!! Thanks.

My feet: flat, narrow heel, very low instep (low volume), skinny ankles. Pretty much duck feet.
I was concerned these shoes would be too shiny but they aren't. They are cute. Good for pants or skirts and dresses. They fit well and are comfortable. The top of the heel of the shoe rubs my Achilles a bit and I'm concerned it will cause a blister if I were to walk for a while in them. If you don't have flat feet, I don't think this will be a concern for you.

I liked these the least of the 3 I ordered. The Born ones won out! They felt a bit clunky and I didn't like the scallops. The shoe is also not cut low enough for me over the toes. I did like the adjustable strap and the leather was soft, support seemed good. Just didn't like the style on my feet as well as the others.
