Spyder is a favorite brand for me. Their jackets (of which I have MANY) are usually shaped, so it creates a flattering figure, even if you don't have the greatest one to begin with. My favorite is their cable/fleece jackets. Since I can't find those easily anymore, I tried this. The detailing on the front dresses it up a bit. My only disappointment is that the seams in the shoulder are kind of lumpy. Makes it look a little cheap. The magenta type color is lovely--a deep, nonobnoxious plum. I'm keeping both that one and the black, but not as happy as with the cable jackets from the past. In terms of size, the small is a little pinchy in the underarms, but the medium looks a little sloppy on my 5'1, 125 pound body.

This jacket fit as expected and is a heavier weight so it would be great in cooler weather. It is a more fitted jacket which is what I was looking for. Something sleeker looking and not so boxy.
