I never recieved my order, you did not refund my money, i will never order from you again.

It runs too small and shipping took longer than expected.

I bought these boots in October to prep for some serious international hikes. After the first wear the boots damaged my big toes. I tried breaking them in over 3 months and still cannot wear them without smashed toes. Hoping I can return for a wearable pair.

I work long days outdoors in sand and on trail. I purchased these shoes in hopes that they would last a little longer than my previous work boots. However, I on my first day wearing them, the seams have already started fraying and it seems like the midsole is already showing signs of separating form the heel. I have never been so disappointed in a pair of hiking boots. I definitely would not recommend these boots to anyone.

Bought many shows in the past that were Columbia brand. Always wore a 7 1/2. This time bought online and was too small. Doesn't make sense.

I have order other thing and it got home. But for the boats still waiting for them. The order was in July 15

I usually love this brand but upon arrival I realized there may be more plastic than leather on this boot since I opened the box and had to push it away because it smelled so bad of chemicals. Fit was good, etc, put them out to air with no success. Smelled real strong after a week still. Sprayed with protectant, still could smell them when wearing. Returned.
