I tried ordering the Toms Leilani in this same green color but the top of the bootie rubbed my ankle. This Cleo has the same gorgeous green color so I thought they might work. I noticed the toe box was a little tighter, and I would have had to wear socks because the elastic goring rubbed on my left ankle. I also realized I wanted something dressier like the Leilani so I will keep looking. Zappos is great and I buy all my shoes from them.

I am heartbroken that these did not work. I got my foot in and the length would be workable but I had such a hard time even getting my wide foot INTO the boot I am going to have to return. I am almost considering taking them to a cobbler to see if they have any ideas for how to make the entrance wider. Even though there is elastic there, I really struggled to get my foot in there. I'd appreciate anyone's thoughts if they have ideas for how to address.

This is a beautiful shoe, the color is unusual but gorgeous and the red is a perfect compliment. But, it seems a bit small and narrow, and while I could order the next size up, there is no arch support. So, now I must decide which is more important comfort or style.

I absolutely loved the fit and look of the shoes! Unfortunately after wearing them no more than 10 times there was a huge rip down the front. I work with young children so I am constantly moving, but its not something I would expect in a high priced shoe. I did contact them and got a full refund, just thought I let others know!

I could have sworn I had selected "orthodic friendly" but these are not. I tries to wear them as-is but the non-removable footbed is downright lumpy.

I purchased the Cleo boot in October 2019 and have worn them less than 5 times. The seam on top of the shoe has ripped and I can no longer wear them. I called customer service and they refused to offer any type of assistance because it has been more than 30 days since I purchased the shoes. I have never had an issue with any other Toms shoes, but this is unacceptable for how little I have worn them and how much I spent on them.

Love the look, but too narrow

Very narrow through the toes. Very cute, but they were just to tight.

I thought these were orthotic friendly but they are not. The ankle is very stiff too. Immediately returned.
