I like these boots a lot; I'll have to get a half size bigger in future as they are a touch tight but hopefully with wear them stretch out a bit. I like the look of them and they clean easily.

While these are true to size length wise, they are narrow! I'm still breaking these in around the house. In terms of looks, quality, and feel, as expected. Very nice. Just don't expect to wear them immediately if you don't have a very narrow foot.

I love these boots, but they are very difficult to pull on because they are so tight around the top of my foot. I wear a medium width shoe and my arches are not unusually high. I'm hoping I can take them to shoe store to stretch them out a bit. They are not too small and once I get them on, they feel good and are neither too small nor too large.

I was going to return them. Then didn't to give them a try. Wore them all day. Shipper comfortable!

These boots are really cute! Size down, half a size. I'm normally a 7.5 but they are have a size too big. I decided to keep them because size 7 was out of stock when I checked. Hopefully with a thick sock they work out.

These run on the narrow side and the material on the shaft of the boots is very flimsy, looks cheap to me. Unfortunately were final sale so I can not return. Maybe they are being discontinued for this reason!

Not loving the loyalty program

They were too small. But I really would have liked them and next size was out. Sent back and waiting on bank to receive refund minus postage I think

Love the look, but they are narrow and suggest to go up a size. I wear a 10, bought and 11. So, they're long and narrow.

These boots are very pretty but they run very small. I'm a true 7 and the 7.5 were extremely tight on me. They were also pretty narrow. I have a medium width foot. So overall I was disappointed and sent them back.

They are super cute and I was hoping to love them but I bought them my actual size and they felt super snugged, I couldn't put any socks on so I ended up with a blister giving them another chance one size up

I wish I would've went up a size. They say true to size but they're not. First time wearing them my feet hurt.

Was a cute boot but I always wear 8 and I would have needed 81/2 WIDE which is not a size option. Was very sad to have to return them.

I like the look but they lack comfort

I like the style however the boot is difficult to get on and off. I don't have wide feet but the toe bed is very narrow. The boot is also very lightweight and doesn't feel like it would keep my feet warm.

Loved my first pair of Makenna's so I ordered another pair. However, these to not have zippers and are horrific to get on and off.

I'm highly upset with the look and feel of these boots. The material looks extremely cheap and they're clunky. I have very petite feet and these look like I'm wearing fake sheepskin boats.

The boots are stiff and hard. Very disappointed. Sorry I bought them.

Terrible, needs a side zipper and extremely narrow. I have a huge blister on the back of my heal. Will never wear again.

not what i expected

For average medium width foot and not issues ever, Tom's always disappoints with its narrow fit. I'm not sure why I tried again, returning. Was really hoping these fit
