I have owned this bag now for several years. Although it is superior, in my opinion, to most, it has one major design flaw. When the bag is expanded, there is no support for the expansion and as a result it drags on the ground, damaging the bag. This flaw makes the bag useless for carrying heavy items such as books and files unless you are willing to ignore the damage being done to this , not so inexpensive, briefcase.

Nice bag. Rolls extremely easy. I was worried that it would not fit under seat but fit nicely. Lots of room for international travel.

Moving from a backpack to the wheeled case didnt go as smoothly as planned and there are things on this case that will not stand up to the test of time not to mention the weight.

Works great for office or traveling. Doing over 6,000 miles a month, I have gone through several carry ons per year. Then I found Tumi. Love the personalized monogram options and the wide variety available Aloha

Snap strap around handles does not stay fastened.

I had similar cases without rollers for over 25 years. This one is very good . The front long pocket not sure how to use it . The handle frame is not as good as the case and seems can be more sturdy . Room for two more small pockets inside the first front chamber can help to put credit cards and business cards . I am very happy with it

Only used on one trip so far, but it worked great. It fit under my seat on a United Airbus 319 with no issues.

I purchased this briefcase for my partner and he absolutely loves it. He had used an older model for a while to try out Tumi and was thrilled with the case and its smooth, rolling function. We both own other Tumi items and love the quality and ingenuity involved with Tumi design.
