I have a high arch, and wide ankles. Luckily this molded strap heel fit me just right, barely. LoL. If you have a Narrow foot, or an extra wide foot, these might not work for you. HOWEVER, they work for me and are so comfortable!! I'm so glad they fit.

I love these shoes, when I first open the box. However my ankle is a little to big to allow them to close. Very disappointing, as I will need to return them.

I usually wear flats in size 9.5W. I ordered these heels because I'm trying to branch out and they looked comfortable and stylish enough. Ordered in 9.5WW because I have very thick ankles. Fit great! Walked about a half mile in them on city streets and they were very comfy. This is huge for someone that does not ever walk in heels. Definitely recommend them.

This was the first time that I purchased Bella-Vita. I ordered an 8.5 and it was 1/2-size too large; the 8 fit perfectly. The shoes are comfortable and look beautiful.

I love this style shoe but most are too loose around the toes. It’s nice to finally find ones that come in narrow. Perfect fit! Thanks Zappos!

I really wanted to keep these shoes: they're cute and comfortable, and the light grey was exactly what I was looking for, but I could not find a size that fit me. I normally wear a 6.5WW, but that and the 6WW were too long. Even if this shoe were offered in smaller sizes, I think they would be too narrow for me to wear comfortably.

The biggest issue I had was the ankle was soooo tight that it was uncomfortable .

These are really cute fashionable shoes, they were to small for me. I am returning and ordering up a half size. Hopeful they will accommodate my really wide feet. So happy to see more ww shoes available.

Beautiful shoe that did not fit my "not so Beautiful" foot. I have bunions and the strap hit right at the wrong spot...so sad. The WW wasn't wide enough.

Zappos is the best! I had to try several sizes in this shoe due to a foot issue and finally settled on a 7 1/2 WW. Thank you for sending the other sizes for me to try:)

Think twice before trying these shoes if you have a very high arch. Another reviewer said these shoes worked for her high arch. I couldn't get my foot into the shoe. Lovely shoe. I wish it fit. I also have a wide foot and ordered a wide size. If you have a high arch and a normal width, you might want to try a wide in these to provide a bit extra room in the straps.

These shoes are super cute and very comfortable! My only complaint - why suede? how about another material that is not hot in the summer and you can wear without fear of rain!!! Please!!!

Very cute shoe. I ordered the Narrow width in my regular shoe length (7.5). and they were WAY too wide. Since they're open-toe, I might have tried a shorter length but those were out of stock in Narrow width, and that trick doesn't usually feel great. Sad I couldn't have kept them.

Loved the style and I could tell that they would have been a very comfortable shoe, but for a narrow, it was really loose on my foot. I mean really loose.

Ordered a 9 Narrow. Length was fine, but fit like a wide. Shoe was so large around that I could have fit both my feet into one sandal! Would not recommend for those with narrow feet. Disappointing, as they are really cute sandals. This is my 3rd or 4th pair of Bella Vita’s to give a try and only 1 pair has fit narrow yet. Sadly, I’m returning these due to them swallowing my feet. Wish Bella Vita would make some that are truly “Narrow” for those of us with really low-volume feet! They make adorable shoes. :(
