I should have believed the other reviews saying it runs small. First tried 7.5 as I usually am a 7 or 7.5. Toes to the end so got an 8 and length was fine but my heels swam around. It was true that in the 8 the arch support was in an awkward place a little too close to the toe side of the foot. The shoes are cute and light and would be great but just didn't fit well.

These fit pretty well, they’re normal width, and length (I have very average feet, though like everyone I need some arch support). I got these as house shoes because I work at home, get very cold no matter what, and I like to have support (or my back does at least). I have a pair of NF camp shoes that I love because they’re like sleeping bags for your feet, but they have literally no footbed, so I figured this was a good compromise. We’ll see how these fare compared to the Geissweins I also got. Time will tell!

Cute shoes, but they definitely run small. Not as much arch support as most Chacos. I can wear narrows, but I think these would have been okay in the width given the adjustable strap.

I honestly don't remember why I returned these other than that they must have not been as instantly comfortable as I had hoped. I don't keep shoes that need to be broken in to be comfortable. I returned these, I think because they were not as easy to slip on as I had hoped.

The toe box is a bit wider than I'd like, but overall the size was perfect. Moderate arch support, and not enough cushioning in the forefoot.

Zero support. Not even an insole. Not sure what Chaco was thinking. Very cute though!

The fit was to short ,toes hit the end of shoe,arch felt like it was in the wrong place in the right shoe,they were very cute but just didn't want to go thru process of purchasing and return if they didn't work again.

Light as a feather but no cushioning. Would be good for quick city errands, but not for long walks or slightly rough terrain. Arch support was there, but felt like a hard lump. Very wide in toe box, might be okay with heavy socks.

I have “low volume” feet, so chinching these tight looks like I’m wearing sleeping bags attached with backpack hardware. Even if your feet are more medium sized, these are beyond frumpy—take it from someone who wears plenty of comfy frump-tabulous shoes, these should just not be worn in public. Comfy but going back!

I really wanted to like these. These were a great color and very light weight. I struggled to get them on and off a bit, and I was looking for a winter shoe I could easily get on and off. Just didn't work for me.

I really, really wanted to keep these shoes... but the arch support is too far forward (toward the ball of the foot), if that makes sense? Everything was great about them, except I have no idea WHY the arch support is so far forward... I ordered these in both an 8 (normal size in Chacos) and an 8.5 (based on reviews that said to size up a half size), but by the time the arch of my foot was positioned where the arch support was located, there was a solid 1.5-2 inches of space in the heel, and no toe room.Why would anyone wear boots that have 1.5 inches of space behind the heel? I think it's jut a design flaw, which is a bummer, because they are so, so cute!

Fit was half size smaller and width fine. Not easy to slip on at all so returned them. Bought Skechers that are perfect and cheaper.

Not sure if keeping. Traction looks good. Difficult to get on; kinda clunky looking

These are cute little boots which are poorly designed for the user, look good, but fit poorly. I love Chacos as a rule but these are ridiculous. Why should you have to order a size and half larger than normal? Why is the loop at the back of the heel so small, I couldn't fit any of my fingers into it and its so short you can't even grab it between two fingers! What good is that with pull on style footwear, none. Very, very disappointed.

Horrible shoe - has an elastic band on the inside to keep boot tight to foot but irritates and makes slipping on almost impossible, Returned them. Not a good commuter shoe.
