I guess I should have looked when I ordered, but these do not have Chacos usual high arch support. They are comfortable, but had to put a custom insert in them.

I really like the style of these Chaco Kanarro, especially the knit on the top for my hammer toes and the wide toe box. The size 9 was the right length for my toes. Unfortunately, 5 minutes after putting them on and walking around, I felt the side edge of the shoe rubbing against the side of my foot, so I need to return them. Thank you Zappos, as always, having such a great return policy!!

The Chaco Kanarra 2.0 is super lightweight with lots of wiggle room for your toes, but I felt like the knit fabric would not offer much warmth or protection from the elements. I felt I'd be better served with a waterproof hiker for slogging around in the cold months.

These shoes are very comfortable, the knit material is soft while maintaining structure. I can wear them all day at work without problems.

Overall they fit great!! Super comfy with lots of room for toes to move around.

The shoe I received did not have regular laces as shown in the photo. The laces were thin stretchy strings with a toggle, and when I pulled them to fit they flopped around unless I tucked them. Did not like. But the real problem was that they were so big, my foot was swimming in them. I have two other pairs of the shoes pictured (not the ones I received) and they fit true to size.

I bought these because my previous pair finally wore out - but they lasted so long that I knew these would be a good investment. I walk a lot, and I'm sick of wearing through the heels in 1 season. Plus these are cute and go with lots of things.

Incredibly comfortable

This shoe did not feel as comfortable/supportive at the previous version. Unfortunately had to return.

I had to send these back. Read another post of this shoe not having arch support but there was only one so I thought maybe it was wrong. well it wasn't. It felt like they forgot to put in the footbed! I have the cataluna boots (2 pair) and the hiking boot ones and they are both amazing! I actually wear the hiking boots to work everyday as a pharmacy tech. I was looking for something to replace the boots with since spring is coming but I was very disappointed. The cataluna boots were my first purchase from Chaco and I even take my dog for walks (1-2 miles) in them they are so comfortable.

Like the looks of this shoe, fit was okay, but the comfort level was not there. My feet did not feel stable at all when I walked, and the bottom had a flat, firm feel to it, that , for me, was not comfortable. I just need more cushioning and stability than this shoe could provide and sent them back.

I think these look great and they clearly fit, but I have blisters all up and down the back of both feet. They felt so good right out of the box that I stupidly took my dog for a walk in them right away... dumb decision. I have three blisters on the back of one foot and two on the other. I tossed the zappos box and the shoe box, again, my fault but it has been so long since I had a pair of shoes that didn't fit my feet exactly... my size has not changed in decades. I walked around outside for quite some time... it just sucks... figured I would try the brand because everyone raves about the fit... maybe the sandals are their thing...
