I bought this on Dec 13th and on Dec 25th Amazon marked it down more than $20. Zappos is owned by Amazon. How is it there is such a gap in pricing? Buy this from Amazon and save yourself some money.

Had a pair of Evans slippers for over 25 years. Finally I saw a pair of Sorels and thought these would be a good pair to last me the rest of my life in retirement, Boy was I wrong. The soles are falling off all over my carpet. I kept finding little pieces of black rubber all around the house. Especially on the tan carpet. Now I am pulling off big pieces to keep from being tripped by the soles. The slippers have been worn 2 or 3 winters as I wear flip flops in the warm months.

I bought my son the slippers for Christmas Less than two weeks the souls were coming apart I have bought other slippers in the past that were excellent but this pair was not and they no longer had them on the website to get another pair

It took only a few days for the rubber sole to start peeling away form the stitching on the toe and a week or so for the fluff interior to start falling out. Fit and style was perfect, but the manufacturing quality is subpar. Lack of arch would be a problem after a while, too. Would be nice if the Brookstone NAP comfort slide came back.
