These are for the most part beautiful boots! I need to have boots that will give comfort to semi wide feet. They worked for that issue but the instep on the top of the boot where your foot bends the front inside rubbed sooo bad where my foot bends and I had two sores , one on each foot! I tried to flip the back and front flaps of boot down as far as I could but they still rubbed horribly? Sad because they are cute boots. I think if you have a high instep and a wide foot you might have a problem?

I had to go up a half size for these to fit. Also they were much uglier in person than they looked online.

I have a high arch. I was literally unable to put the right slipper on. The left one was difficult to put on and super tight. I also don’t love the soles being rather heavy. Not a fan of the lining. I do like the style and wish that they fit better.

They are super hard to put on.

Poor quality and the shoes were used ! I have ordered shoes from Zappos for over 10 years and have never experienced being sent used shoes. The shoes ran wide, looked frumpy and cheap :-( I retuned the shoes ASAP.

This slipper was very uncomfortable. It was not comfortable to walk on the sole and the front of the slipper came up very close to my ankle/leg and hit me in a strange place, making them very uncomfortable.

I absolutely loved the look of these, but the comfort was not there. The boot was so stiff in front of my shin, that it made it almost painful to walk. Also, I found the interior material to seem cheap and not very plush. Disappointing for Sorel, where the comfort and quality is typically fantastic.

The soles came unglued from the toe box sole area almost immediately. I have just about broken my neck multiple times because it catches on carpet. Almost fell down a flight of stairs, caught myself but got a bad burn on my hand from the cup of tea I was holding. The slippers are really dangerous with loose dangling floppy soles! Ordering a different style for safety reasons.
