I wear an 8.5 about 90% of the time and occasionally need a 9. I got these in an 8.5. The left one fit perfectly with a mid-weight sock and the right one was too tight in the smaller toes area. I've never had this problem before. I also have narrow feet. I really liked the look and the left one was comfortable. My mom bought these as a gift for me. I wanted to try a 9, but Zappos is out of my size in black.

Way too narrow had to order up a size

These are well-made, heavy-duty, good-looking boots (a little heavier than I expected). Based on others' comments, I ordered a 7, vs. a 6.5, and the fit was good, not too tight, comfortable with medium-weight wool socks. I was impressed by how quickly I received my order. I'm sure it's difficult during the pandemic to keep things running smoothly, so hats off to all the Zappos employees for doing such a great job.

My teen daughter has tiny feet, but these were even tinier. Exchanging for a full size larger.

After exchanging twice I finally found a size that worked. I needed a full size up since they are very narrow! After all that exchanging I was lacing them up for only the second time and the top hook for the laces flew off. The same thing happened to the other shoe a few days later. So sad since they are so warm and waterproof. Thought I finally found my perfect boots to run around town that were both cute and not super clunky like my snow boots. I was refunded right away, Zappos has the best customer service! I haven’t seen any other reviewers with this issue so I am wondering if I got some lemons. I am tempted to give them another shot if my size is restocked.

I absolutely love the look of these boots. I’ve had compliments on them every time I have worn them. They run very small though so I would suggest sizing up. I am usually a 6 1/2 and purchased a 7 1/2 and they are still a little tight. They are also pretty narrow. And for the price I expected them to be a little more comfortable.

Most Sorel boots I've tried on run narrow and about 1/2 size small. These, however, do not. I normally wear an 8 1/2 Narrow. I ordered these in a 9, since they don't come in narrow, and they were huge.

These boots look great, but were very stiff and not comfortable. Will be using them to walk dogs in Scotland over the holidays ( I am a housesitter/petsitter) and they did not feel as comfy as the JBU boot, also waterproof. Comfort out of the box wins. So I am returning the Sorel boot which may be warmer or better in snow, but rain and slippery comfort was my objective.

These boots look super cute on. The major downside of these boots is that there is no ankle support.

These boots are super cute. I got them in the greenish color and I love the color and style for a winter boot, and I especially love the price. I can't keep them, though, because they're a bit too snug all around, even after ordering a half size larger. I live in the Northwest and need a boot that is a little warmer, and can stand up to snow. These *might* be able to do that, but they seem more like a walking boot than a snow boot and with being so snug and with no room for thicker socks, I'm afraid my feet would freeze after a while. After trying them on in person, I decided to return them and order the Sorel Whistler Mid which offers a little more warmth and will stand up to snow, ice and rain a bit more.

Cute boots, but strange fit. I normally wear a size 8, but ordered these in an 8 1/2. They fit, but they feel stiff, tight and clunky. It felt like a very straight back chair but for my feet. Also, the distance from the laces to the toe is long which made the boots look extra big to me.

Terrible fit, tried multiple sizes of these and other Tivoli style hoping for a good fitting, stylish snow boot with tread that actually a works on ice / snow. BUT due to major fit inconsistencies and a overly stiff insole. All the styles of this Sorel boots are a HuGE waste of time! Really disappointed Sorel couldn’t get it together on these because the style is great.
