The coat I bought is warm, fits perfectly, and is a good-looking, versatile rain jacket. The price is right too.

I bought this coat because of an upcoming work trip. Needed something that could stand up to midwestern winters for a few days. This coat did not disappoint. Kept me warm while also looking professional. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great coat!

Very well engineered jacket and water proof, does keep you warm and dry

Extremely warm jacket without the bulk. True to size with enough room to wear a sweatshirt underneath.

True to size hubby likes it. Could be used during rainy and or cold days.

I purchased this jacket for my spouse. He absolutely loves it. The style, the fit the quality of the fabric. We live in the Midwest so it is extremely warm and durable for our winter weather. There is a front breast pocket and inside pockets as well. The sleeves are adjustable, as is the hood. The coat is roomy enough to layer underneath with a Columbia shell or hoodie.

Excellent insulated jacket will be perfect for our New England cruise. I have a 48" chest and it fits with room for layers underneath (XL size).

Water does bead on the jacket but after about 10 minutes does soak into the material. It dries fast once indoors. I do not know if the water gets through the material as I was not outside in the rain long enough. I would imagine that it is waterproof. However I can state that the hood with the draw string works really well. This is the first jacket I have not had to keep pulling the hood back to be able to see. The jacket is very wind proof, we have had a couple of days where the temps were in the single digits with high winds and I did not feel the wind or cold through the jacket, my hands were freezing within minutes as I was not wearing gloves and had to walk to the car in the parking lot from the grocery store. I would give this jacket an A Plus. The jacket is light and does the job so far, I can't imagine it getting colder or more windy in my area than it was a few nights ago.

Bought it for my son for Christmas he loves it. Both warm and he can wear it in the rain.

I bought this coat for my husband and it turned out to be his favorite coat I've bought him to date! It's not too thick which he prefers, but has enough insulation and the drawstrings inside to keep him warm during Wisconsin's harsh winters. This is a must!

Perfect fit for my 6'2, 250 lb 16-year-old son (ordered 2XL). The length is not too short, and the coat is warm, but easy to compact into a backpack.

It is warm and waterproof... just what I want and need for Oregon winter.

I've had plenty Columbia jackets in my life but this one is a game changer !. Definitely will keep my eye on another jacket in the near future . Jacket 10/10

The insulated jacket is almost similar to the coat I've had for years, was hesitant to purchase, but the new coat didn't disappoint, it seems as warm and protective as my old one.

Bought a tipton peak jacket. I got it in a 2x my usual size. But for this jacket the sleeve length is a little long, but tighten the velcro on the sleeves and I'm good to go. I like my jackets a little big anyway. I stay super warm as well. Really happy with it

I bought this for my husband who HATES wearing coats and jackets, perfectly content to wear a T-shirt in 30 weather. He said it keeps him warm but not hot and the length is great.

Have worn this jacket on snowy hikes and to rainy football & baseball games -- it holds in warmth better than any jacket I've had and the waterproofing is no joke. The fit for this jacket is in line with other Columbia sizes. For me, the large is enough to wear a layer underneath it comfortably and it doesn't feel as bulky as similar jackets. Would buy another in a heartbeat if Columbia sees fit to add these to their collegiate line -- Go Ducks!

Got this jacket so when I'm out in rain it'll help and when I was mowing it kept my upper half body dry. I totally recommend this product
