I am in love with those shoes, those are very soft and warm, the price is also very good for a Sorel shoes. It is my first time buying shoes from Zappos and I am just in love with the customer service that they provided me.

The first time I tried the boots on they felt like I was wearing slippers. Soft and comfortable. I went up a half size so I could wear a heavy sock for cold days. I could feel a little cold on my feet when walking in these boots. These boots are way better than the pair of Sorel Out N’ About Plus Boots I have.

Definitely size up half a size. I always ignore that suggestion but these for sure run half a size small. Otherwise super cute and comfortable.

These boots are better than I expected. So much style and so many compliments!! I typically wear a 7 1/2 and always go up a half a size in boots and sneakers and I'm glad I did with these. With a thin sock they are perfect. I probably could have worn an 8 1/2 with a thicker sock but living in Texas doesn't warrant that. They are very comfortable. I'm really happy with this purchase!

I saw these and couldn't stop thinking of them. I'm a sucker for sneakers, and these are a winterized version. They wear more like a sneaker more than a boot. These are a half size too small. My usual size 7.5 fit, but was very tight. I didn't see them stretching much, but I ordered an 8 too, and it's a tish roomy but fits well. They are cuter than the picture does justice and will be a great staple item for winter.

the. best. boots. so comfortable, super cozy, lightweight and very cute. the fact that they are waterproof is even better. i had to go up a half size but that's not uncommon for sorel. get these now!

Foot bed is Super comfortable & these boots feel great. Wore them the first time all day.

As other reviewers wrote, I ordered my normal 8.5 and a 9.0 - turns out the size 9 fit better! Super cute boots, very very comfortable and good traction. I live in a very hilly neighborhood in Colorado so our roads get really icy. Feel very comfortable walking my dogs when I wear these boots. I have gotten lots of compliments on them too. Love love love them!

These fit well in a 7 1/2. Would size up if I were to wear a thick sock. The laces make for easy adjustment. So cute and stylish, too. Love them.

Super cute (and waterproof) for our mild winters in lower Michigan! I would definitely recommend them!

Great fit and very comfortable. I haven't worn them in wet/snow weather yet, but they do keep my feet nice and warm. The gray is really pretty and flattering.

For flat shoes and boots, I am a standard women's size 10. I ordered the Harlow Cozy in a 10 and they "fit" but were just a little snug. Because I like to wear thicker socks with boots in the winter, I returned and received a size 10.5. I am very happy with the 10.5. Like their name implies, they are very cozy. They are also stylish. I am very happy with my purchase.

the 11 was a tiny bit short

I bought these in my usual size, 9.5. They fit pretty well, but just didn't "wow" me so I'm returning them. (I'm still searching . . . ) Somehow the smooth brown leather just looks a little cheap to me. The laces are shorter than would be useful, but I can tie a bow with them. Definitely not long enough to tie a double bow. The tongue is loose -- not integrated into the shoe, so snow/wet can get in there. Very little arch support. Quite a bit of toe room for sox.

I wear an 11M and, based on other reviews, was a bit on the fence as to what size to order. I decided to stick to my normal size and it worked out fine for me. I think a 12M would have been too long. They were a tiny bit snug across the front of my foot (I do have bunions) but I've worn them 4-5 times already and they have stretched a bit - they are very comfortable. My only complaint is that I wish they had a bit more arch support. I ordered these boots in Burro, which has the shearling trim around the ankle and a grey felt tongue - I receive compliments on them each time I wear them. Overall I'm very happy with these boots.

I wanted to love these, very cute little boot. I normally wear an 8.5 and the 9 was still way too small. Sent back.

These shoes are adorable. But they’re also narrow. I don’t wear wide shoes but I do have flat feet, so if shoes are narrow they’re really uncomfortable for me on my (non) arches. I didn’t find the footbed very comfortable either, but that might have been because of the width. But they sure look cute!

It took 3 orders to find the size that fit for me (a full size larger than my usual size, never have I bought shoes these "big") but I've left my vanity behind and do love these boots, regardless of the number on the label. Warm, well-cushioned but supportive insole, great tread on the sole. But come on, Sorel, your sizing is ridiculous. So, 3 stars for being way to small in anything close to my normal size.

This is just a fashion boot. No practicality to it other than to look cute.

Nice but a bit narrow in the mid foot.

Very cute in person. Lightweight and warm, but the toe box is just too narrow for my foot so I'm returning these.

For some reason the top of the toe box was pressing on my toes. So sad because I really wanted to keep these boots. I even tried a half-size up but they were too big. Oh well.
