I bought a month ago and am only wearing them for the first time today. They are gorgeous and comfortable and the perfect heel height. I might have to buy other colors.

I bought these boots for my daughter, she lives in NYC and she said people will stop her on the street and ask where did she get her boot, and how lovely and stylish. She said they are really comfortable.

They're comfortable, cute, waterproof -- what more could I ask for. I wore them for hours at the mall and they only started hurting after a couple of hours which I think is great for a heeled boot.

These boots are everything I was expecting! I'm a size 7.5 and that's what I ordered. They fit perfectly! These boots go with everything in my wardrobe. Great for work also!

I love Sorel boots. they always fit perfectly and are so comfortable. I have somewhat narrow feet and they fit very nicely. I wear a 7.5 and found the boots run true to size. I have several styles of Sorel boots and love them all. Very well made and excellent quality!!

Received these as a Christmas present and I love them. I wear a size 8 in all shoes and my other Sorel boots & these ran true to size for me. They look narrow but don't feel narrow when wearing - plenty of room in the toe area. They are lightweight to wear and the heel height is perfect.

This was the best purchase I have made all of quarantine and all winter! They are the perfect outside fall and winter boot. They go with everything. I get compliments from men and women every time I wear them! My mom was so obsessed with them she had me buy her a pair and she hasn't left the house for anything in weeks because of the pandemic. Lol.

I had previously purchased this boot in brown and immediately found them to be my new favorite shoe...So, I've now added black to my collection! Comfortable right out of the box, comfortable wearing all day, comfortable on long walks (teacher living in NOLA), and I continue to get many compliments on the stylish look. I also appreciate the quality and durability of the Sorel products. LOVE this boot!

Great boot! Classy and comfortable even without any inserts! That is unheard of for me. Easy to get on, especially for a pull-on. In other words, all the issues a boot like this should have, this one doesn't. Rugged tan coloring is also very attractive. If the black becomes available in my size, I plan to get a second pair.

I liked these boots--love the look, the fact that the laces allow you to tighten at the ankle, the comfortable heel, and the size (I am 7.5 or 8, ordered 8 and it fit well). In the end I only decided to return because after trying them on I decided they are a little more casual and I don't think I'll get enough use out of them to merit the purchase.

Love the style & color (the black brown). I had to stretch them out before I could start wearing them and now they are fairly comfortable. My feet are on wide side and have bunions so comfortable shoes are a challenge. I’m between an 8 and 8 1/2 and glad I bought the 8 1/2. Also love that they are waterproof.

Stiff unlined leather needs a lot of breaking in. I love the style of these heeled boots which I got in the dark brown with brass colored hardware. I just felt that for the price they should be less stiff out of the box.

I bought both these and the similarly styled Red Wing Clara boot. While the Red Wings are undeniably attractive, I found them to be heavier and clunkier than the Cate boot. I also found it easier to take the Cate boots on and off, so in the end, I returned the Red Wings and am happy with my choice!

Cute, comfy, and true to size with plenty of room for an insole or thick socks if needed. I tend to use an arch support insole, but these are very comfortable on their own. The D-ring hardware gives them a unique look compared with other lace-up black boots. The leather is very soft right out of the box so not expecting any issues with discomfort around the top. I love the chunky heel and it is low enough that walking feels totally normal.

The sizing on these -- is hit and miss. I usually wear a 9 or 9.5, depending on the brand. I originally got 9.5 in these, and it was too tight, even in thin socks, especially on my right foot? And I've never experienced that before. So, I sized up, but the 10 was too big! I even tried thicker and thicker socks to make it work - nope. But I loved the boots so much I thought, why not try the 9.5 one more time? And this time, the pair fit both feet just right, even with thick socks! So ... something is off with their sizing control. Might have to try a few times to get the right pair. But other than that -- LOVE these booties! So comfy and cute! And look really well-made and durable (now that I got the right pair)!
