I jusually by 36B and it is always fit .But this is too smal

The 9404 has been my go to bra for years! I have recently purchased 13 of them and have taken all but 1 back. You have changed the sewing or material where the clasp is in the back. It is scratchy and leaves your skin red. So uncomfortable. It almost looks like plastic elastic or something. Only 1 out of 13 new bras had the soft felt material in the back.

Measured myself per your website instructions said I was 38B. Tried the bras on once I received them and 38 is too loose and B cup was way off, this bras was not full coverage at all. Very disappointed and I had ordered two separate times and returned both my orders. Obviously you don't make bras that fit large busted women.

I've bought no bras except this model for at least 8 years. It has always been perfect for me. I am disappointed that the three colors I ordered (this, black and fuchsia) have some material or finishing on the edges of the hook closure that is rough and scratches my skin. It's so bad it's all I can feel all day and leaves red scratch marks. The problem is not fit - the size is perfect, it's just this edging. I've never had this in the past. I returned one but kept the others because I needed bras. I will have to sew some kind of cover to slip over the clasp. Please bring the old clasp back! It was plenty tough - not sure if that was why it was changed.

I had high hopes for his style! I'm a solid 36C across all brands, but still took the fit quiz here to be sure. A 36C this bra is not! This "full coverage" bra fails me in so many ways I checked to make sure they hadn't mistagged the wrong style and size. Side spillage, top of the cup spillage, terribly uncomfortable band, and itchy straps. I hate everything about it. I'm returning these and will be shipping elsewhere where the fit is true to size and not itchy (how it's itchy I still can't figure out).

I have been wearing these bras for years. My last batch is looking kind of worn out so I went to the store and bought 8 new ones. Didn't try them on, I get these all the time so same size and same model 09404 right in my cart. I noticed they were convertable straps now, meh, not my favourite, but for the best bras I've ever owned I'll manage. I get home, wash them, threw away some of my old bras and put on of these new ones on. After one hour I had a sore on my back from from something around the clasp. I tried another one and same thing, and another one and so on. Needless to say I was very disappointed to find the threading changed around the clasp to the point these are unwearable now. I was so sad going to the store and returning them. I decided to try Ann's fund a replacement and was there for 2 more hours trying on different maiden forms and even different brands and I can't find anything to replace this model. So I left empty handed and continue to wear my run down ones and hope you decide to change it back. I'd gladly pay more to to have the manufacturing using soft thread on the clasp area admonish instead of whatever hard plastic feeling stuff was used. I came here to write this review and was shocked to see how many people have complained about this very same thing for awhile now. Its hard enough finding the right bra to fit, but when you do you stick with it forever. Please listen to your long time loyal customers and bring us back our favorite bra.

Well this might be a one time mistake, but this bra was not sewn correctly where the extensions were sewn on. Very sharp and uncomfortable. Not sure I want to go through the hassle of a return. Not happy about this because I looked at another bra I ordered, and same thing. Sharp edges that poke the back.

I am disappointed with the side panels that hook in the back. Material is soft but not firm enough to stay in the intended shape and material and the hooks tend to roll in half and compress so instead of a flat surface under a shirt it looks like a bunched up bra back.

The lace covering is itchy.

I have previously purchased this bra and really liked it. Just after Christmas I purchased a new one and wore it one day and have a large area where it rubbed my skin raw. It is something with the stitching. I would have taken if off but unfortunately we were traveling for the day and I didn't have anything else to put on. I would NOT purchase it again! I wore it one day and can't wear it again.

I love the fit of these bras. Love the fabric, is soft but yet supportive. But I can not wear them because the heat stip they use to seal the end of thr fabric right by the buckle scores my skin, its just impossible to wear them.

I have bought and loved this bra before. The two that I just received are so uncomfortable in the back where the seams meet together for the strap. I'm so disappointed.

The bras arrive in a short time. Unfortunately, as noted in some other reviews, the hook and eye area is very scratchy. I will be returning the bras. They are also smaller than I expected; I have a Maidenform bra that is similar and the same size which fits but these didn't.

I have always loved this bra. However, this time BOTH came with rough edges that dig into my back and scratched it. I wanted to see if washing it would help soften it but it did not! I think I will be returning these which is upsetting because I use to LOVE these bras.

The back of this bra is very uncomfortable and the area near the clasp scratches you all day. I was sad that this was the case, as I have previously loved my maiden form bras. I had to return both bras that I bought because of the scratchy seam.

This has been my favorite bra for years and I have them in lots of colors. But the last two I ordered they changed the way they sew the back clasp. They don't sew along the seem anymore and it makes it scratchy and painful. I thought maybe the two I ordered online were a fluke, but I went to the store and the others I tried were the same. I am so disappointed!! Please go back to finishing the bra properly!!!

The bras I bought fit well and provide the exact coverage I wanted. However, the seams near the clasp in the back are sewn with something that sticks into me. It's like a plastic and the ends poke me like little needles. I bought two and have unfortunately destroyed the tags and paperwork so I can't return them. But they are uncomfortable in the extreme for the above reason.

I bought like 5 of these and returned every single one. There is no stitching around where the back of the bra attaches to the pieces that hold the hook and eyes. The two pieces are just sewn together. There are sharp edges on these pieces that scratch my back making it unwearable. Disappointing since I own a bra that must be the original design, but is non-convertible and it is perfect. It has the finishing on the back so that the sharp corners are covered with thread and tacked down. It is my favorite and I want more, but these are useless.

Who approved changing the seems at the back clasp that would itch and irritate so badly (Like a cat is scratching me) that it can only be worn for 5 minutes?!! This used to be a wonderful bra but now this change has made it just awful and unusable. So disappointed and what a waste of money. Please fix this.

The back tab on all 3 bras i ordered scratch my back. The fabric that is soppossed to cover a plastic tab doesnt! They are very uncomfortable. The fit is great but the back construction is 2nd rate.

The back of this bra is made of something very stiff and it is very irritating to have on.

I really don't care for the quality or the fit of this product. I had to put extra stitching over the back fastener section because it is so rough and scratchy. I had to quit wearing it yesterday because the wires were irritating my skin in the front. I am very disappointed!

I love Maidenform, so its not their fault that these bras dont fit. I need an odd size the smaller size is too small and the next size up is too big. So I have resorted to buying the smaller size with extenders

Very soft fabric but its the worst mad ever, not to mention the cups are very pointy and make it look like you're wearing cones. For sure not happy with this one!
