Easy face covering

Thinner than I thought but works well when I only need to wear a mask for a minute or two as I dash in and out. It's very comfortable and not too tight around the neck when it's down yet stays up on the face.

Love this tube, super versatile I wear it under my hat to cover ears and let the excess shade the back of my neck. Keeps all the sweat out of my eyes and dries super quickly. Don't experience any additional heat from wearing if. I'm 6'4" and sometimes these are too small but this one is just big enough for me.

This product both stylish, practical, convenient and reasonably effective for what most people would probably use it for; an outdoor facial covering. This gaiter would be explosively popular if there was a version that just offered a little more "COVID-19" like protection with tighter or additional layering, and/or a quality pocket that allow insertion of a high quality filter. Between the brand name, quality and described enhancement, these would fly off the shelve and OutDoor Research could not make enough of these. People would prefer gaiters since they are so convenient to pull up/down and wear around necks -- particularly in the winter, but many people only see them as "light" covering for either minimal protection outdoor circumstances. That said, I got one for each member of my family, for outdoor up/down circumstances when max type protection is not desired.

I use this Ubertube as a neck gaiter // warmer on hikes and when backpacking. It is very comfortable and dries quickly. I recommend this product to anyone who hikes, camps, backpacks, or walks in the great outdoors.

Easy to use as a mask when passing others on trail or bike. Just flip up and no worries about slipping around ears. Always on when working out. Breathes very well. Not an N95 but shows respect to others on trail and better fitting than a bandana. We can't completely eliminate Covid spread but we can mitigate it. Indoors I wear a more comprehensive mask; Outdoor I wear the echo tube. Happy to have for next ski season as well.

Cut this in half and use one half for a face mask when meeting people on the trail. Split the other half up the seam and attached to my hat for neck cover from the sun. Lovely color and softness. Dries super fast.

These days I use this mostly as a face cover in the mountains when others are passing nearby (trying to be cognizant of others during the ongoing covid situation. It's nice to have a buff that's so light and doesn't overheat my neck while running.

Comfortable for my outdoor runs. I want to run outside responsibly and this makes it easy to do.

As I've gotten older and lost more hair, head coverings have become increasingly critical for me in all weather conditions. This is particularly challenging in warm weather where even mesh trucker hats feel far too warm for me while being active. The Echo tube has been an excellent solution for cool, lightweight head covering with the option to use as an impromptu face mask or neck gaiter. I should have bought several!

Works great for sun protection, light cold protection on hikes/runs and as a face covering when I forget my mask. Versatile piece that is easy to clean and comfortable to wear.

I love the Ubertube! It's lightweight, good size that can be transformed into multiple uses - face mask, neck gator, or headband. I usually wear it while exercising as I can quickly pull it up when needed. It's best for short-time uses as it does slip down after some time.

The Ubertube gets regular use as a face covering in the Covid-19 world. It is light, comfortable, and convenient, and easy to move up and down as needed. I fold it back on itself so there is a little less fabric to manage. Sometimes, it starts to slide off my nose a little, but that may just be the shape of my face and the nature of the fabric. It dries very quickly after washing. Will be buying another one of these.

The Echo Ubertube has been a great option for face covering during exercise. It's easy to pull up when near people on the trail and then drop after passing by. It was a little big for my face and wouldn't stay up but I solved that issue with a knot at the back to pull it tighter.

Great way to shade back of the neck and serve as a mask during outdoor adventures during this pandemic.

Great for mountain biking on dusty summer days. Leave it around your neck on the way up and just pull it up if you are following someone down a dusty trail.

This is perfect for a pull up mask when going for a walk. It is very thin and breathable. A great alternative to a mask during the Covid.
