I purchased these for springtime coaching where i'm standing in the PNW rain 5-6 nights a week. I've been scouring the internet for years for a waterproof glove that isnt bulky and is somewhat breathable, i instantly bought these when i found them. When considering durability, these are labeled a "liner" and should be considered as such. There is some pilling after using them outside of casual use. I've ended up using these as a warmer snow glove, used while snowshoeing, and anytime its cold and rainy. If you use this as a work glove, you'll be disappointed. If you use it for its intended use, you will be happy. Another review suggested a different material on the finertips for added durability, that would reduce dexterity if this is inside another glove. My sugguestion would be to use this as a base model and add some materials, cuts, ect. for this to be a breathable, waterproof glove that is a separate item.

Liner gloves are great for cross country and backcountry skiing. I use them as the lightest warmth pair of gloves on cold days at high output exercise. They are not as breathable as a non-waterproof glove. The material is starting to pill in the fingertips. It would be nice to have more durable fingertips so they last longer when used outside of another glove.

Fits ....like a glove, perfect, comfortable. Love these so much that I ended up using them for everything: fishing, hunting, ski touring, xcountry skiing, and throwing snowballs for the dog. Upon purchase they are incredibly waterproof.. like you can hold your hand under running water and it won't get even the slightest bit damp. Only downside is that the waterproof is, of course, not forever.. surprisingly though, after a year of heavy and standalone, not "liner" use, they are still mostly waterproof, but when saturated outside, will eventually allow a bit of moisture inside. Still good enough to be in routine service.

These work great! Not quite as snug as I would like at the fingertips, but the rest of the fit is good. They're warm and my hands stay dry brushing off snow and scraping ice from my car on cold mornings.

I bought a few pairs trying to find something that would keep me warm and dry in very cold temps for camp and ski chores. These were sort of water resistant but did not give me enough dexterity. They are NOT water proof. For the price, I wanted to return and just continue with what I have been using, cashmere knit gloves with a nitrile glove over it. However, my daughter liked them so I kept them for her. They get wet scraping ice off of skis and putting skins on. However, they seemed to dry pretty quickly for her when we had sun.

I was excited to receive this product but they apparently run small. I generally buy large gloves becuase they easily fit my hands. These BARELY Squeeze on and I can't get them all the way on. I don't know if XL would even do the trick. I don't plan on buying more. They are long and skinny.

Wore these for work in the outdoors as an educator and for xc skiing and dog walking. Unfortunately needed to wash them and they are now ruined. The liner detached from the fleece glove and the literal plastic bag inside the glove (between the two layers) prevented the gloves from being righted back together (ie fingers inside finger holes). Too bad because they are otherwise amazing - alas now unusable.

Good fit, but the outside fabric is wearing out faster than hoped for.

There are not many waterproof liners on the market so I was excited when OR introduced these. I work in streams/rivers and was looking forward to using these for when I am conducting field work where my hands might get wet. These would be good for when you want to have a glove that will keep you hands dry in wet environments (snow, rain, water) but do not need the insulation of a alpine gloves. I think these could be great gloves but OR did not nail them this round. The fingers are big and boxy while the knuckle area is a bit snug. This wouldn't be such a big fit problem if the cuff was not horribly fitted. The cuff is so snug that you are unable to wear a low profile watch or fitness tracker with them. Due to the waterproof construction the cuffs have no give so they bunch up and push the already big fingers further off of your hand. I ordered a size small (S) given that my hand circumference was in the middle of their size chart range (7 3/4 "). I do like the weight of them and how durable, warm, yet relatively thin the fabric is for a waterproof liner. Also I was skeptical of the grips on the outside of the gloves however they are really nice, helpfully placed (not too many or too few), and they seem like they will last with wear. Overall, waterproof liners are great addition to the market but I think the cuff design needs additional attention. Whether that is wider cuff, a loose design with a thin cinch strap, side zipper, or a stretchy waterproof fabric for the cuff I look forward to OR refining these.

I've had these gloves for about a year, and used them in a variety of situations: Ski touring, Resort riding, Hiking, trail running. I've used them in both temperate climates (west coast BC) and colder winter climates ( central Alberta) pros: These liners are more waterproof than other liners I've tried, and keep their warmth when wet slightly better than other gloves I've tried. cons: Unfortunately, they dont seem to be breathable at all. When I wear these I find my hands quickly getting clammy, which quickly makes them colder than they were before I put the gloves on. The waterproofing doesnt seem to be very durable either. 1 year in and they have only slightly better water resistance than my non-waterproof gloves. The material is thicker and stiffer than other liner gloves I own. Although that does make them slightly warmer I find myself reaching for thinner, more breathable gloves more often than not. I really wanted to like these, but they have more cons than pros in my opinion.

Super warm (very warm in fact), waterproof, touch screen works. BUT after one 6-hour hike they look 10 years old--all beaded up. Looks like I used them for years. So... gloves meet all the "specs" except I expect $50+ glove to be more robust. More importantly, I left a query with QR and got crickets from a company touting its customer-first attitude. More likely "just sell expensive stuff and it must me good." BTW, this is not my first OR purchase. I've been super happy with my other items. I'm pretty picky about customer support/contact though...

I ended up returning these gloves as they were really thick and didn't work well on their own. Probably good for use as a liner, but not as standalone gloves.

I'm a glove size 6-6.5 and the smalls were massive. They were bigger than my regular ski gloves.

These liners are bulky, don't fit well, sizing is large compared to other liners of same size, and they are NOT WATERPROOF! They may resist small amounts of water for a short time, but after a trial-run in a bowl of water for a couple hours they were completely soaked through, like wringing out water type of soaked.

Tried these for skiing but complete fail. Liners don't breathe at all and quickly become wet on the inside, then fingers get cold. Useless!
