I like the look and functionality of these boots, but I am not used to wearing shoes with much of a heel, so the height of the raised heel is a tough adjustment for me. I am a 9.5 in most shoes but have a wide foot and wear thick socks so I chose a 10, and it feels snug in across the middle of my forefoot. I went for a walk on a chilly day and my toes felt cold which often occurs when boots are too small. I can't get used to the tall heel so I will likely return these but if you don't mind the heel they are a good value, attractive and seem well-made.

The lack of half sizes on these is weird. The 8 was small (and I'm usually a 7.5 or 8) and the 9 was huge. They also made my feet sore which was surprising for such a substantial rubber sole. Returned for a different brand.
