Went through two pairs, first pair - sole has fallen apart after maybe about 30 miles of intense hiking, second pair - left shoe was irregularly manufactured and lace eyes were slightly out of place so when tight were causing pain to my ankle. Sadly both pairs had to be returned.

Ripped apart inside the shoe, and bad glue or whatever holds the shoe together outside

These shoes are wider than normal Adidas shoes at the toe box. However, the prime knit around the ankle is very tight. Unless you have slim ankles, I do not recommend these shoes.

I've hiked over 1000 miles in these over the past 2 years. I was very happy with them for the first couple of hundred miles but quickly fell out of love with them. The factory DWR makes these should appear very waterproof to begin with but once it wears away the true nature of the shoes appears. The 'canvas' toe box is extremely prone to getting saturated with water, even after being treated with fresh DWR. The primeknit tongue also gets saturated very easily. Both of these sections get abused the most when walking through long, wet grass. There is a GoreTex inner which is meant to keep the sole and sides from allowing water into the shoes; this is great in theory but these shoes don't have taped seams. After long days walking in wet English weather, the seams around the sole start seeping water into the shoes which, when combined with saturated tongue and toe box, means the shoes become very damp, very quickly. They also become very difficult to dry out and, therefore, very smelly. In terms of fit, they run far too narrow for my feet. My toes had to callous up for these shoes to be usable otherwise I would get awful blisters. The continental outsole is very good, no visible wear to it. The boost midsole was also very comfortable (my main reason for buying these). Having gone back to them after a period of using other shoes, I would no recommend for the sizing issues and the waterproofness. They look really good though.

For a 200 plus dollar boot I would hope it would last at least a year minimum but the continental branded rubber outsole is already worn down to the point it's cracking after 6 months. But they are extremely comfortable and light and the waterproofing is excellent.

Shoes are very comfortable. Delivery service was great, and even replacement as the initial size as too small However the Quality of the product is poor as they are NOT waterproof. Even walking through wet grass makes your feet wet. I raised it with customer services and they said that only the lining is waterproof... seriously? So would NOT recommend this product

The toebox of these shoes in no way resembles the shape of an actual human foot. It's narrow, pointed and painful. It's a shame because the shoes look amazing, have goretex and what looks like great traction.

They delivered the shoes on 9/1/22. It took me a few days to figure how to ask for exchange which I needed to do because the back part of the sole was coming off. By the time I contact customer service today they told that they couldn't do anything because I had passed the 6 months warranty by 2 days. I paid a lot of money for a product that was supposed to be tough and started falling apart in less than six months. I have pictures of the shoes time stamp that show that was before the six months but customer doesn't seem to care.

Purchased this shoe about a month ago and it is meant to be a daily shoe. I wore it for the first time and I felt some lower back pain, at first, I did not associate the shoe with my back pain, then I wore my work boots (Thorogoods) and the lower back pain subsided. I did not wear this shoe for a week and have not felt any lower back pain. Then I wore it again today and I can feel the start of lower back pain. I am not a podiatrist and I cannot explain this. All I know is that when I start using this shoe my back hurts. I love the Terrex that I got 4 years ago.

On my first walk to the park with my dog to break them in, I tripped on a stick and poked a hole in the top. I was really disappointed the upper material was so flimsy as they are otherwise a very nice shoe. Just can't imagine they would hold up on a real hike based on how they did at the neighborhood park.

I wear 10.5. The 11 was too big. I figured the 10.5 would break in but it never did. I wear these shoes to work because I live in the Seattle area and it rains most days. My feet are uncomfortable in these shoes. The top of my foot is being squeezed. I put in a thinner foot sole and it helped a bit. The bottom of the left shoe is coming unglued and you can see the boost.

I like this item but after less than 6 month the wear on the sole is really not acceptable (see uploaded photo) - I imagine at this rate I will need to replace these around the 12 month mark - I have read that Continental soles are not hard wearing and that is what I found - when I came to contact Customer Services I was eventually offered 30% discount against my next purchase or a full refund - which I suppose is fair enough (although it took around 2 hours to get to that point) - but I feel at the present time with resources so stretched Adidas should be doing a lot more to increase the life of their products - so despite liking these in most other respects I give it one star for failing to last

Please beware that the waterproofing on these lasted less than a few weeks and my feet now get completely drenched even walking through short damp grass. They are very comfortable but they run quite narrow. I tried to return them but after sending numerous communiques about it and not getting any response, I just gave up.

There is too much glue between the sole and the upper shoes, it looks very ugly. Also at some point, the glue is missing, so you can see small holes in the front and it seems that the upper can come off easily or water to penetrate inside. At this premium price is not something I expected.
