As a mitten gal I love these mitts. This is the second pair I have owned - a friend "stole" my first pair b/c she loved them so much.

Great everyday mitts. I always keep them close by. They have stayed dry in the rain and keep my hands warm

This is my second pair of these mittens. I was bummed when I lost my first pair. These are even better. They are comfortable, warm for temps in the 30's, and they work great as liners for my gortex mittens for skiiing.

I bought a pair for an LL Bean kayaking program for my 60th birthday September 30th, 2010!
This week I finally have misplaced them. I wore them for everything from shoveling snow, to cold weather kayaking, ski patrol with a shell mitt in colder weather, to driving due to the non-skid grip. They are sleek-looking and warm. And I am thrilled to find them in Pinot-my old ones were dark grey. If I find my old ones, I will not return the new ones!

I wore these mitts to ski the 50 kilometer American Birkebeiner Nordic Ski Race. They were perfect. I don't wear gloves because I always have cold hands. I have worn these with a wind proof over-mitt and I start with hand warmers. I was able to remove the hand warmers and the over-mitts after 5 k and skied the race with just these mitts.

I must have bought the Small last time I got these (somehow I lost them). I was so sad to have misplaced them that I bought ta new pair., but in a Medium which are a bit long in the fingers. Despite my poor choice of size, these are excellent mitts for around town or hiking in winter. Love the feel, wool outside and soft fleece inside. Makes a great liner in really cold weather, or a nice single mitt in cool weather.

Dog-Walking, Truck Packing, Lunch in the backcountry, driving, etc. etc., these glove kill it. The material is super thick and durable - I don't worry about cutting it on ski edges, or having it pill like fleece gloves. I wear these everywhere. They fit snug.

I have worn these mitts everyday since I purchased them in last November. I wear them while going to work as well as during outdoor activities like skiing, snowshoeing, etc. They are surprisingly warm even if they are covered in snow or when your hands sweat. The tread is amazing when driving or opening doors although it is starting to peel off.

I love this mitten and have it in a size Large, which is far too big for me though (too wide). Sadly the medium is ridiculously small in comparison (too narrow and thumb/web area not long enough) and had to be returned. It's great for running in below freezing temps, when there is also wind. Wish they would re-work the sizing because it should also be unisex, and not just women's (or offer a men's sizing version).

I really like these mitts and I wear them for many different activities. They are light and breath well. The only thing I don't understand is why the thumbs are so long?

Warm and comfortable. They run big though so I'll use them for super cold days with a pair of gloves underneath.

I little bigger than I anticipated and a little thinner than anticipated. Great as a liner in other mitts on really cold days or when spending lots of time out in the cold and great for average cold days or just driving or a quick walk..

really love how warm these mittens are without having the bulk, also the grip and easy pull on tabs are fantastic. My only issue is that a small is still too big for my hands. older styles of these mittens and gloves fit smaller and now the small is too big. I am keeping them as they are great to layer with other gloves for the extremely cold days, but Please, Please, Please, OR make an XS!!!!

These mitts are great up to about -15C. They fit snug, so go up a size if you want to wear a liner. Nice to wear around town and the fabric feels durable.

I bought my first pair eight years ago when my husband and I were going on a night kayaking trip in September. They were absolutely perfect. And I loved them until they vaporized out of my car eight years later. I replaced them with these which seem to have a thicker insulation on the inside and a much prettier color than my staid gray original pair!

I quite enjoy these mitts, but I do find they wear out after about 2 winters of wearing them lots. It is great that they have still been available though. I love them, so I keep replacing them. They have nice little features too: The clasp to join them, the pull loop and material that does not fuzz or separate. Just the silicone doesn't last.

Loved these mittens until the pull on cord broke after two seasons not sure if this is an anomaly.
