Purchased to replace my old work backpack. I travel 50% of my time for work and have been happy with this new one. Looks like a work bag and less casual than my old Patagonia one. Very sturdy with seemingly high quality materials. Good design and functionality while running through airports and going from point A to point B. Due to size and shape, you can't really stuff it too much. I had a puffer coat, a laptop, cords, food, water bottle, and thick stack of folders, notebook, and reading materials...too much for this bag.

I bought this to use for work. I carry a 15.6" laptop, charger, wireless mouse, and various IT tools: screwdrivers, cables, adapters, extra drives, etc.. Everything fits comfortably and my laptop even fits in the smaller pocket as well. Lots of pockets! There is plenty of room for carrying a second laptop or tablet, which I need to do sometimes.
The bag is comfortable to wear even when it is weighed down. I haven't had it long enough to tell for sure, but it seems pretty sturdy and well-built.
My only minor complaint so far is the water bottle holder: it's very tight and I can't easily put my bottle or thermos back in the pocket without taking off the bag.

I've had this backpack for 5 years so far (2019) and it has been tested to its limits from falling off motorcycles and walking through rain. So far everything is intact and still functional, very minimal wear and tear.

This is a work and home backpack, mostly work. Easily stores my 15" laptop in the padded back pouch and a second 13" in the middle pouch inner sleeve. Nice sleek design, stores well behind driver car seat when traveling. I love the outside front pouch with lanyard for my USB data stick (never lose it now!) and storage for wallet. Plenty of room for my file folders in the middle section with the second laptop. In the outer pouch plenty of room for my Bose Q45 headphones, snacks and other miscellany! I only wish that is had small corner pouches for convenience, but all in all a great pack!

This is my "business" backpack, with a 16" laptop and ipad. It is super comfortable and so easy to travel with. The compact profile makes it easy to stow and much lighter on my back. I love it!

Prefect slim size for what I need to bring to the office. Looks clean and professional. Zippers are great. Only wish I have is for the water bottle holder to be a bit larger in the diameter.

Haven't had it long, just using it more office laptop back/forth, but it feels amazing, and after 12+ years of a "hip" looking shoulder sling I'm ready for my middle aged shoulders to love these cushioned comfy straps while hoofing it in the airport. Love all the pockets too!!

I got this pack primarily for work. It has a lot of internal pockets to keep cables and papers organized. The arm straps are heavy duty and comfortable and the back padding is too. I do wish it had 2 water bottle pockets so I could carry water and coffee, other than that a solid bag.

I use my OS/Exo pack for commuting to work using public transportation and I love it! As a female with a smaller body frame I wondered if the pack would be too big but not all. It fits perfectly and doesn't shift around or droop down my shoulders like other packs.
The pack is sturdy and I like all the pockets. My lap top is secure and supported with the cushion.
The only thing I don't care for is the zipper for exterior front pocket.
It is hard to open and close or and always gets stuck on the flap. It's not the biggest annoyance but for future models I hope it is improved. I still really love my pack!

I have had mine for around 1.5 years now, and its great. I use it for university and for work as well. Comfy, very durable, and looks great too! I will get another one when mine wears out in 10 years or so :)

I bought this pack to replace a worn out old messenger bag style I had been using for business travel for 5+ years. I really like the organization of this pack and was able to carry enough clothes in it for an overnight business trip.
The only change I would make as of now is to add a pull string to the small horizontal pocket across the front where sunglasses are stored.

I bought this backpack for my son who started a new job. He likes it, but doesn't have as much give as a previous timbuk2 backpack he has. He said he it could be because it is new and hasn't had time to stretch out. Time will tell, but overall he likes it and really likes all the compartments.

Love the look of the grey, very professional looking. This is the perfect size backpack for my needs, with a 13" laptop, plus iPad. Plenty of room for accessory cables, pens, business cards, etc. While not necessarily an overnight size bag, it's lightweight, slim and easier to use on a everyday carry. Highly recommend.

It's perfect - not too big, not too small. I love the shape, it looks really cool even empty or with just a few thing inside. Great quality.

I use it every single day. Mainly to carry my work gears (16'' laptop, iPad, power bank, cables and notepad) and some groceries, but also to go on short trips where I need to bring a couple of days worth of clothes.
It's very comfortable, even when it's full and heavy. The handle is strong and very well positioned and it really fits a lot of stuff.
The only thing I'd change is for the front pocket to open the other way around (zipper on to right hand side rather than on the left)
