Still awaiting a reply to our email asking for replacement pair or returns labels to be issued. Two weeks we have waited. These were a 5 th bday gift so very disappointing the lights dont work

Christmas present for my 8 yr old daughter. She loves the shoes. It's too bad that several of the lights are no longer functioning two months later. To make matters worse, the velcro is starting to fail, so the strap across the top of her foot now flaps about and no longer provides any support. I would return these but the period for a return has already passed. Would not purchase again.

My daughter loves these shoes. I am disappointed that the lights have stopped working on one shoe and she has only worn them about a half dozen times and rarely turned the lights on.

The shoes themselves fit the kiddo great, and she loves the look of them. The one problem is that on/off button for the lights on one of the shoes does not work... the shoe is stuck in the "on" position. I guess adding electronics to a shoe isn't the greatest of ideas, but just wanted to give everyone a heads up that in our case, there is no turning off the flashing lights.

The batteries in one shoe died before we'd even had them a month. Yes, we tried the on/off switch. No, I won't buy these again. The gimmick is garbage.

I bought these shoes for my granddaughter's birthday. One shoe stopped working in less than a week. She was upset when they did not light up and I was disappointed with the limited life of the shoes.

Bought as a Christmas present for my Granddaughter, thrilled to receive them but so disappointed to find that only one shoe lit up. Daughter-in-law has since returned them and I am awaiting a full refund.

My daughter loved these shoes at first. They are so cool and the light-up part is great. The problem happened on the second day of her wearing them. The sparkles on the shoe started coming off in little clumps. She now has patches of black all over her shoes. My daughter is so upset by this. I wouldn't buy these shoes again and wish we could return them.
