I normally wear a size 9 or 9 1/2 shoe so I ordered these boots in size 10. They were so small I could only my feet into them if I didn't wear socks. And the boots were described by other customers as being large around the calves - not true. I couldn't get them zipped all the way up. Very disappointed that they didn't fit. They're beautiful boots! Just be sure to purchase a larger-than-normal size.

I think the zipper doesn't go down far enough, and with high insteps, I can't get my feet into the boots. I also think the upper of the boot may be lower/smaller than my last pair. Which were a different model from several years ago. The footbed is exactly the same size, so I know the boots aren't too small. I keep working the leather, hoping to get it flexible enough to put on, but I'm seriously disappointed that I received these boots a month ago and can't wear them.

I was specifically looking for waterproof boots since I walk a ton into work and live where we get a ton of snow. I decided on Teva boots as a birthday gift. My husband purchased the boots a year ago and one of the seams on the back of the boot is already ripping. I am incredibly disappointed because I purposefully looked at more expensive boots so they would last longer. I in no way wore them enough to justify the boot coming apart within a year. I have cheaper boots that have held up much better. DO NOT BUY

I usually love TEVA's boots. I love my De La Vina's and last year's De La Vina Dos (and wished they were in dark brown). However, these boots seem wider in the ankle/calf, narrower in the foot, and have too much elastic (the entire back is elastic). Instead of the leather hugging your leg, the elastic tries to play the part but it bunches above the heel and does not flow like their leather boots normally do. Sad day. Hoping the full leather boots come back.

I was REALLY disappointed in these. I loved my De La Vina boots and was sad when one started squeaking after years of heavy use, even took them to a shoe repair which did not help. These are too tall and have a big elastic panel I expect to stretch out funny. I prefer the notch on the old style as opposed to elastic. The jagged edge around the zipper scrapes my fingers trying to zip them. I bought the black and they turned my hands black just from putting them on. Not just a little black, so dark my husband asked me what happened to my hands from across the room. Glad I tried them on with black pants or the pants would be stained. Hope Teva brings back the old style many love as much as I do.
