I love Tevas, I have 3 pairs. So when the Pride pair came out I was so excited. I bought a pair for myself and my fianc. The sizing was difficult because they are all gender and we both wear a size 9 so that's what I ordered. But apparently they were a little small and we didn't realize there were 2 different kinds to order. Then the soles are really flimsy. They feel like styrofoam. They are not going to last us very long. I paid the same price I paid for my first pair of Tevas and they have lasted me 9 years and still going. I'm just really disappointed.

Ordered these pride Tevas and was sent a pair of black ones. Tried to reach out to the company through phone call, chat, and email and was not able to get in contact with anyone.

The straps were rough, but I sent it back because the foot bed felt like I was walking on pins. Extremely uncomfortable.

I bought these shoes for my daughter in early June. Within a week, while we were walking, the strap that attached the back of the shoe to the front detached. It looked like the stitching was faulty. I went to the website to fill out a return form, and I was offered the option of getting a replacement. The size that we needed was out of stock, but I was advised that I could order another similar product. The only other rainbow product available in the correct size was white with a thicker sole, but my daughter said that was fine. I placed the order and was told that since the new shoe was more expensive my credit card would be charged for the difference, which is fine. I printed out the return label and mailed the broken shoes with the required paperwork with a note explaining what had happened. There were no problems at the post office with the label. We have yet to see a replacement or hear anything back from the company, and it has been roughly three weeks.

I loved my last pair of basic Teva sandals, which I bought four years ago. They allowed me to hike up mountains of moderate terrain, but these were just a pair of pricey flip-flops. The bottom soles give no support, and it looks like you have to upgrade to the Hurricane model to get the good sole, which also seems like way more money than necessary. So I returned these and was very disappointed.

The soles on these sandals are flimsy and too flexible. Teva should not put their name on these cheap Payless-quality sandals.

For reference I typically wear a 7.5 and have an average foot width. The designs are adorable and I so wish I could wear these, but they just didn't seem to be made for real feet? I read some reviews and decided to try a size 7. When they came the straps were in the right place, but they were just slightly too short and were so narrow the side of my foot was hanging off. I don't even have wide feet! I exchanged for an 8, and they fit in width but the straps were in a funny place and they were a full inch too long. I just returned them. I was thinking about trying other styles, I really love how they look, but after this experience I'm not sure I will. Teva please make shoes for real feet, starting with half sizes!!

I purchased two pair of these Tevas and one pair has already broken after only one week of light wear. I placed my order for these Tevas on June 13, 2020 and patiently awaited their arrival almost two weeks later. I received the sandals on June 25th, 2020 and by July 2, 2020 they were broken. I was on a walk and had to bend down to pick up something I'd dropped and the strap that connects the ankle loop to the sandal base just broke. I tried to file for an exchange online, but I received a message stating that I must select a different product because this product is not available. I decided to call to see what could be done. The overall answer was nothing. I would either have to return the sandals for a refund or select a different pair for a replacement. I do not want another style or color of this product. I want the same color I purchased and waited for. Ultimately, I am just going to keep the sandals and have them repaired because the company can't give a refund without me, of course, returning the product and they can't exchange them for the same product type because they are no longer available.

Didn't fit well and doesn't come in half sizes/ sent it back weeks ago and am still waiting on my refund. Will not shop here again.

I have sweaty feet and I slip and slide around in these and I was very disappointed bc I expect more from this company

Comfy but smell absolutely terrible after a couple wears. Went to the beach with them- never one took them into the ocean but they smell like wet dogs... will not be buying again :/

This item never arrived at my P.O. Box. Tracking reveals it was delivery to an unknown location. I have tried multiple times to contact Teva and UPS with no luck. Very sad, I waited for these shoes for months and was very excited.

When my feet are sweaty they slip and slide around in the shoes.

These aren't like the original Teva sandals that I remember that I purchased in the late 80's as they don't have the adjustable heel strap and my foot rides too far back. I wore them on a boating trip and didn't notice this until I need to adjust after getting into the lake water. Too late now to return for a refund and upgrade :(

I was very disappointed in the soles of my Teva sandals. I have purchased many pairs of Tevas in the past and the sole had been much more studier than these two pairs.

I'm sure it was an anomaly, but the ?heel stay? broke in about 30 minutes. It looked like it was never sewn. Bummer.

I love the look but I wore them for the first time today for maybe an hour and got blisters on my heels.

The quality was not the same as the Original Universal Teva's. I had the pair of the original ones and the quality was very poor compared to the old ones.

Truly shocked by the poor quality of the two sets of sandals that I purchased. The soles seem to be made out of the same type of material as some cheap flip-flops in the grocery store. Been a loyal fan of Teva for some years but this basically clinches it for me.

They are like walking on pins. Very disappointed. Love the straps though.

This product is basically a flip-flop with sandlle straps. I'll be looking for a product with more arch support, heel, and toe.

I'm a Women, height 6'4, and wear a size 13 shoe... Imagine my struggle. But I would love to buy a pair but you don't go that large. Unfortunate because for being gender neutral you would think having larger sizes instead of stopping at a 11 would help drive better busy with your clients. You would be surprised by how many would pay more to be able to wear shoes they want and can actually fit.

These gave me really bad blisters.

my go to shoe everyday all summer. wore in lakes, on hikes, to the store, anything. then the smell got so bad to the point of them being unwearable. 3 months is all i got out of this shoe. have tried absolutely everything recommended, even bought industrial deodorizers for camping equipment. love the shoe but so disappointed in this issue.

I wore my first pair of Tevas for over 25 years. Only problem was straps had to be reglued. New sandals are sized different and made of different materials. New sandals are unwearable because something in the straps chemically burns the top of my feet.
