I bought this without knowing that it was lined with shearling. What a great surprise! Before this I could never wear sandals up here in the Arctic. But with the shearling now I go out all the time and show off my toenails, which are painted to match the sandals. LOVE THEM.

My very first pair of TEVAs were padded leather with a micro-bed footbed. Loved them then and still have them 20 years later. These are close in style and fit. I primarily use them as a house slipper/sandal but they can certainly go outside. The shearling feels a little weird at first but they are comfy.

As I have several pairs of Teva sandals, I was not looking to buy more, but these I could not resist! I wear shearling lined slippers all winter, but my feet get sweaty and hot after a while. These solve that problem, as they have the coziness of shearling with no sweat! I would not try to wear them outside (although the Hurricane soles are quite sturdy and supportive), as my feet slide around in them a bit because the shearling is slippery and the straps are narrow. This is not due to the fit which is the same as my other Hurricanes. Besides, they are so pretty I want to keep them clean! Bottom line, I love these sandalsthey are somewhat of a collector's itemthe quality is good, and should last a long time.

These were comfy right out the box. And cute. Even cozier with socks. For size reference, I normally wear a US 9.5 or a IT 40, but ordered the 9 and they fit perfect. I have a pair of black, non-shearling Hurricanes, and I knew they fit perfect also, but I was worried that the fur wouldn't actually fill the footbed enough, or that my toes might come to the edge or over the edge, but no they really did fit fine. If you're a half size, I would definitely size down and not up in Teva. (Or at least in Hurricanes; can't speak for their other models yet.) so yes, I say they feel "too big" compared to other 9s, but for me they're perfect.

I use these Sandals as my house shoes as we do not wear street shoes in our home. Living in desert Arizona these are perfect for our cool morning & evenings on the patio by the pool & in our air conditioned home during the day. I have received many compliments on them. Oh, and they are comfy & unique

Summer of 2008 changed my foot life! The end of the school year, I hobbled to my car and made my mission to correct my bunions and stop the pain in my feet. Well, first I purchased Yoga toes, because that was easy as I wear a size 5. Finding size 5 shoes hasn't been easy. I begun shoe shopping with a dreadful attitude. Finally, found a salesman who directed me to children size 3. My first Teva & Keens were mine. I volunteered at Bonnaroo that year without any issues concerning my feet. This year, I was fortunate enough to snag a new design with a molded footbed at the Coast Guard exchange in my size. Which was awesome because since curing the bunions I've developed plantar fasciitis! Huge success with curing my foot pain! I walk 3 miles & bike 10 miles in my Tevas. Seriously, if you suffer with foot pain, try a pair. You won't regret it!

I can wear these daily if not raining outdoors ~ they needed a bit of break in time about 3 wearings to form a callous where the inside strap at the arch off the heel does NOT have any sheepskin. I caught a friction blister from the tiny bit of vertical suede strap at that inside area. Also the sole trims close to toe length. I had even used a measure tape & compared the sizing chart to Birkenstocks and my other TEVA sandals but almost did not get these long enough for exact fit. I had to say feels too small only for actual cutting it close on the foot length. Otherwise very happy now that i have broken them in and i wear alternating pairs of other TEVA and Birkenstocks that are broken in. The sheep skin washes well at the sink and fluffs up. I used Dr. Bronner's soap on them The tread is good for all surfaces. Was hoping to find real leather sandals before opting for the suede. Leather has been lost to vinyl straps on 98% of TEVA now ~ sigh

I absolutely love these sandals! They are perfect for the person who loves sandals year round, they are so soft and cozy. I wouldn't recommend wearing in dirty environments or in the rain, just so the fur says looking good.

I have some Teva's that are over 20 years old and still wearable. I have worn some in water and some to work! Since I am now over 80 years old, I wear a pair in the shower so I don't slip. They are great shoes! In winter I wear jazzy socks to beat the cold. I really believe Teva's are the best shoes I have ever owned! These last one's I returned don't have the high arch that I need. I am now waiting for the pair I want as they are 'Sold Out' right now.

The shearling looked nice and seemed like an interesting touch until I tried on the sandals. Just didn't feel right on my feet. Shearling seems more suited for winter footwear, not summer strappy sandals. Also, it seemed likely that the shearling would look dirty sooner rather than later. I returned these sandals.

I really wanted to like these, I really did. However, my fleet slide on the fur and only one strap across the foot hits right at my bunion. Not a good shoe for me to walk around the house. Had to return them.

I did not care for the shearling foot bed. It was very comfy but, not practical. I might order a pair just for nice casual.

The front fit, but the back end of the platform extended another solid inch. Shearling was nice. Overall, not much going on here style-wise. I had hoped to get a pair of sandals with fleece that I could wear when I have an eczema breakout that would be stylish and comfortable. I guess these would be comfortable if they fit right.

THIS IS MY FOURTH PAIR OF THESE SANDALS. I CANNOT BELIEVE YOU WOULD PUT SHERPA LINING IN A SANDAL. I PUT THEM ON & THIS SANDAL IS NOT THE SAME AS WITHOUT THE LINING. I DID NOT KEEP THEM ON FOR ANY LENGTH OF TIME & TOOK THEM OFF. SINCE I HAD THEM ON & WALKED AROUND IN THEM BRIEFLY, THEN I COULD NOT RETURN THEM. WHY WOULD YOU CMAKE SUCH A CHANGE IS A MYSTERY TO ME?? AT LEAST OFFER THEM WITH OR WITHOUT THE SHERPA LINING. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED. I WISH I COULD REMOVE THE SHERPA MYSELF BUT DO NOT KNOW WHAT WILL BE UNDERNEATH,,,!!! CANNOT EXPRESS STRONG ENOUGH HOW DISAPPOINTING I AM WITH YOUR PRODUCT NOW.

Why in the world would you add sherpa lining to a sandal??? It is not practical & I personally do not like it at all. This is my third pair of this particular sandal & cannot imagine who's idea this was but it is awful. I will be returning my sandals. Very very dissatisfied...!!! Furthermore, the shoe does not fit the same with the sherpa lining...!!!
