I wear a size 7 in Teva flip-flops, but I couldn’t even get these on my feet. They were probably two sizes too small.

I needed shoes with natural padding for neuropathy and these seemed right. I ordered a size 8 since I read that this model ran short. Usually 7.5 is perfect for me. Size 8 is not only too small but the box of the shoe is narrow and hard so even a size 9 would have a hard toe box. It also arrived without any tissue in the shoes and the box was ripped indicating they had been returned. Disappointed.

I own the ember moc so I expected these to fit. They have the same shape as the ember moc but apparently they did not adjust the size for the shearing lining. I could hardly get them on my (slightly bigger) right foot and they compressed my toes on both feet. This was too bad because I liked them--ember mocs plus warmth. But I had to send them back. And the next size up would have been too big as they don't come in 1/2 sizes.

I was really so excited to love these and was really disappointed. I ordered a 1/2 size up from my usual and the fit was fine. The shoe itself was weirdly stiff on the left shoe. Honestly every step felt like walking barefoot on concrete but only on the left side?! Really odd and hard to describe. But the right side was great, super soft and cozy. Seems like cheap manufacturing is probably the issue. I'm not re-ordering a different pair because my right foot is slightly smaller and the fabric back closure slipped enough to be annoying.

Way overpriced and no arch support. My BB Lean slides are far better and cheaper. Cute look though.

I have a very flat foot and I couldn't get the shoe on because it was so tight across the arch.
