LOVE these! I have been looking for a lightweight hiking boot for many years. I had plantar fasciitis in the past and so many boots have really convoluted arch support that was just too much. And they were also very heavy. I'm not like an Alpine hiker or anything, I just wanted something I can wear in Connecticut in the cooler weather that would be comfortable and keep my feet dry and warm. These boots are perfect! They are like an overgrown really good sneaker!

These shoes are light as a feather. They look heavy, but when you pick them up they are amazingly light. The outside styling is really nice too. Unfortunately, I had to return them because they put the logo inside the bottom of the shoe and it’s raised. Imagine feeling Braille letters if you are blind. For me it felt like something is in your shoe driving you crazy. If they do a redesign and smooth that out, I’ll buy multiple pairs.

These shoes were a lifesaver! Bought them last minute for a week vacation during winter in NYC & DC. Had already got some sorel insulated boots but after seeing the weather was going to be too nice for wearing boots all week walking everywhere I decided I needed some comfy but waterproof walking shoes. Bought a variety from Zappos and these were what I kept and wore all week. We walked 7-10 miles every day and these were perfect. Did my feet get tired? Yes! But did I get any blisters or sore spots? No. Were they comfy - yes from the minute I wore them. They went with all my outfits. I did wear another pair of nicer boots to dinners but otherwise wore these the rest of the week. So grateful they worked for me. My feet are super sensitive and most shoes don’t work for me. My feet kill and I get blisters. These were great, highly recommend. Kept my feet warm and dry also.

Love love love these. I have very picky feet that can be hard to fit. My foot is *slightly* wide with a fairly narrow heel. And I just don't like the clunky heavy inflexible soles of most hiking shoes. I've been wearing a pair of trail runners for our hiking outings, which works when the weather is good. If it's a chilly or damp day, my feet are too. I've been looking for waterproof hiking shoes and these are delightful. I also tried the low version of these, and didn't like the way the tongue pressed into the front of my ankle. The mid version doesn't have that issue. And because I don't need the ankle support, I just leave the top unlaced. I pretty much live in my Teva sandals all summer long, and the footbed of these feels very similar to the Verra (cushy, flexible, with enough support for long days on my feet). I've worn them several times around town and on short walks. My toes have stayed toasty warm and dry. I can't wait for my first real hike in these!

I purchased these before a camping trip. Might say dumb move because I didn't have time to break them in before a 5 mile hike. They were FABULOUS! No break in time needed!

They are incredibly comfortable, They have more width than most shoes, a great thing if you have a wide foot.

These are quite new so will have to see over time how they hold up. I like the fact that they have a bit more width in the front of the shoes so that taking long strides feels comfortable and my feet don't feel pinched. I added a simple insole to give me a little extra cushioning since as I've gotten older, the soles of my feet have gotten more sensitive. There was room to do that with no problem.

I have several pairs of the Teva Arrowood shoe in the boot style and 2 pairs in a regular shoe style. They are so lightweight and comfortable. I wear them everyday during the winter in rain or snow. They are warm, lightweight and comfortable, and they keep my feet dry. I wish the sole had more traction for slippery areas but I just walk in the grass or snow when this is the case. I'm a daily walker and prefer these over my usual summer time athletic shoes that I walk in. I was thrilled to get this pair at an amazing sale price. Give them a try!

I was looking for a shoe that's comfortable to go for walks & stands up to the elements. These shoes are perfect for that.

This boot fit ok but felt like it was going to aggravate my dormant plantar fasciitis (starts with heel pain for me). I bought this boot on someone's review who mentioned it helped her fasciitis. Not for me, but we're all different, arent we.

The shoes aren't the same color as the picture online. They're still listed as "black" but the online picture shows blue lace loops and a gray upper. The shoes I got are all black with burgundy lace loops. Otherwise, the shoes seem great so far

Not sure if I will keep these. I ordered a bunch of waterproof boots& shoes to see what was the most comfy (and cutest!) & these were ok, but definitely not my fave. They might be worth keeping to hike with tho so not sure if I will keep or return.

I bought this product to wear on a hiking trip. They are super comfortable; I bought a size up to make room for thick socks. They are also very pretty, with a sleek looking design which I love. The tread could really use a redesign though, since they are geared toward outdoor adventures. I slid quite a lot because of the low traction on rocks, slopes, and leaves. I honestly wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking for anything more than a cute camping/easy day hike shoe.
