Love these boots so much! They are very comfortable and stylish. But for my girls with big calves, I would suggest maybe getting a full size bigger. I got a half size bigger after seeing some on the reviews stating that after zipping the boot up feels really snug. And it's still a little bit tight. I'm really hoping after awhile of wearing these The material will "stretch" a bit.

I'm 5'5" 130 lbs with a 14" calf circumference. These boots fit like a glove and are also super comfortable. Wore them in the last few raining days and they held up and kept my feet warm and dry. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is I really wish they came in a lighter color.

The shoe part itself is comfortable and fits true to size, but I couldn't zip the boot up my calves. I'm 155 lbs, 5'3" curvy figure. Sad to send them back.

I sized up after reading the reviews here, and that was good advice. The boot is very sturdy and seems well made. But they are extremely stiff. That might be okay for someone, but not what I'm looking for in a casual boot. Zero flexibility around the ankle and the leather shaft squeaked when I walked. The color was also very dull.

I wanted to love these boots, with the block rubber heel and well-known manufacturer. The main issue is that there's something like an arch support but on the OUTSIDE of the foot. It's a very strange feeling and does the opposite of supporting--it causes the arch to cave in since it puts pressure for the foot to turn inward. I have no idea if this is a manufacturing flaw or not, but the fit is not comfortable or supportive.

I eyed the Foxy boots for ages and when they finally went away, I was almost happy. I knew the calves wouldn't fit; I'd measured mine and read reviews/Q&A and it just wasn't a match. Then they came out with the Anaya - joy of joys, an elastic gore! Unfortunately, these boots fall short. Yes, there's an elastic gore...but it's very tight elastic. I can get them zipped up my calves, but they're definitely going to take some serious breaking in (and I'm now looking at spending more money on boot stretchers after spending almost $200 on boots). I wish they just came in wide width as well as regular - as a fat person, I still want to be able to wear good quality waterproof leather boots with an excellent rubber sole. I'm holding out hope that they'll break in well, but the price makes that an expensive dream. The other minor nitpick is that I initially bought these in a 9.5, and I could hardly get my foot in despite the foot size being close to right because of where the zipper ends (an inch or so up the foot, as you can see in the pictures). It's fine with the 10, but it made it tough to even try on the 9.5.

Let me start by saying that I LOVE Teva boots and think they are of the best quality out there due to the water proof leather and how well the product holds up. I have the brown, flat sole boots and have absolutely loved them over the past 3 years. I wanted to get a black pair and thought having a heel would add some fun variety. I am not someone who has large calves and yet these boots fit so unnecessarily tight in the calf portion, so I am sadly returning them. I will say too that if you're looking to order Teva boots, it's useful to go a size up if you plan to wear wool or medium weight socks.

I love the look of this boot and it's really comfortable, so I'm really sad that the seam above the heal fails. I got my first pair for Christmas, but after a month a noticed a dine sized hole on the seam just above the heal. I looked at the other boot and sure enough same hole same place. I returned the boots, got another pair in hopes that I must have gotten a dud. Sadly, I've now worn my 2nd pair of boots for just the third time and I just noticed the same hole again in the same place! I'm heading out to return this pair and need to figure out what boot to get instead, as I'm not going to go through this again. I am really sad because I do love the boot!!!

I had the Foxy style and ended up having the zipper teeth pull away from their fabric after only a few wears. I was able to return for credit within the year warranty. I purchased these thinking the solution had been implemented with the elastic gusset. While that helped, the fabric changed from all leather to a leather-suede combo. The suede fabric at the back of the boot ripped after only a few wears. It has since been a long, drawn-out process through each of these returns with customer service. I am saddled with store credit and hoping their other shoe and sandal styles uphold better than the boots.

I was very disappointed in the durability of these boots. I bought a pair a few days back they were super cozy and stylish. But I was very sad when I had to exchange them due to a rip in back seam of the boot. I got the same style with hopes that this pair would be more sturdy but to my surprise this pair did the same exact thing within a day! I really liked how comfortable and cute these boots are I just wish they would hold up better.
