I just bought a pair online and I wore them for 2 hours and the faux cork heal instantly started peeling off, I just thought for the money they would use quality material.

One boot felt larger than the other as well as had more of a square toe. There was also some glue visible along the outer seam of the same boot. I wanted to love these, but they fit as two different boots.

This shoe quickly became my go-to shoe for Minnesota fall weather. They do well in light snow and ice and they leave enough room for me to wear winter socks with them. After wearing them for the better part of the week for a couple months, they look great and haven't taken stress from the weather. They are super cute with a dress and tights or jeans, and the tan color is a great neutral.

These boots are comfortable and just the right height. The fit is perfect.

I bought these at the outlet store in Freeport and was amazed at my find. How did I get so lucky to find these well made, beautiful boots at a discount no less? They just couldn't be comfortable, right? Well, they are very comfortable, too! I'm very happy with my purchase and hope to find another jem the next time I go to the outlets there next year!

I am in love with these boots! I bought them in the bison brown color and they are so attractive and comfortable. I wear a size 9 medium width and they fit beautifully.

I had a couple of pairs of the lace-up boots and was very disappointed to see that they have been discontinued. I've been on a search to replace them and decided to try the Chelsea style which I quite like. They run true; I'm typically a size 9.5, that's what I ordered and they fit great. This is an almost every day boot for me. My doctor even made a comment about how cute they were and I gave her the info! The only thing I prefer with this type of boot is an inside side zipper. Aside from that, I would definitely recommend the Chelsea boot.

I bought these for a trip to the UK knowing it would be cool and rainy.They fit my somewhat narrow feet well, accommodated prescription orthotics I have for bilateral shin splits and plantar fasciitis (I'm a runner), have good traction, look adorable even according to my early twenty something fashionista daughter and most importantly are VERY comfortable! We averaged 25-30k steps a day and my feet stayed warm, dry and comfortable.

Great looking boots. Easy on and off and the fit is great. Enough room to tuck in jeans as well.

These boots are great. They actually fit my foot as many size 11's do not. I am a singer so I need a boot I can perform in for hours without foot, back or knee pain. These do the trick! The heel is a nice height and the look is streamline and stylish. Thank you LLBean for making quality footwear!

I normally buy a 7.5 in boots, and that was the size I purchased for this boot as well. I also tried a half size up, as other reviews mentioned sizing up, but the boot ended up kind of flapping around my foot when I did a test walk (which I personally don't like). The boots are very comfortable, but part of that comfort (the padding) makes the shoe feel tighter than other boots of the same size. I have only worn these a few times so far, but it does seem that with some break-in time, that squeeziness relaxes. If you like to wear thick socks with boots, I would probably go a half size up. If you prefer your shoe to have a little extra room in them when you walk, I would also size up. But, if you don't mind a shoe fitting you similar to a glove that wears in with time, then your regular size may be just fine.

Comfortable. Versatile. Perfect height heel - easy to wear, look good with jeans, ski wear, work, casual evenings, shopping. Can walk for long distances in NYC, airports, long days. Pain free despite bunions. Hold up in wet weather.

I love this shoe and plan on buying more. I travel for work into different environments and this shoe will be a suitcase staple.

I've had these boots for 4 years and am having to buy a new pair because I literally have next to no tread on them anymore. I've used them for light hikes, camping, casually, and for doing yard work. They're comfortable and unless water went over the shoe they remained waterproof all the years. They're my most favorite pair of shoes and I wear them almost exclusively in the winter.

I love these boots. The fit was true to size- heel height just enough to give me a lift but not too high. They are super cute- I get compliments almost every time I wear them and - comfortable? Yes! I wear them all day and feel great. I originally bought in the tan and loved them so much I bought in black too.
