Great coat for pacific northwest. Waterproof. My son does not like traditional puffy coats. His favorite part of the coat is the faux Sherpa lining and minimal puffiness. He's 70 lbs and a medium fits him perfectly!

My 11 year old son loves this coat. It fit great and he says it’s super warm and he loves the soft lining. It is also keeping him warm walking home from school in Michigan.

Nice warm jacket! My son is 9 and he normally wears a size 10-12 in Columbia clothing. This particular jacket was tight on him. We had to return it.

Great jacket! My husband has the same one in the men’s sizes, and he was pleasantly surprised by how flat it can be, while delivering the same level of warmth. My son is comfortable and mobile without being bulked up by a huge puffer jacket. For reference, the lowest temp he has worn this in has been about 30 degrees… I’m not sure how effective it would be in lower temps. Also, the navy blue is not as shiny as the photo makes it look.

My son loves this. It keeps him very warm without a ton of bulk. He hates bulky coats so this is awesome.

Warm! The lining inside the jacket extends into the arms which makes for a very warm jacket. I like that the puff is still lightweight - it's not bulky at all. It's great for winter & traveling.

Great non-bulky, but warm coat. Bought for my twins to hopefully last till next winter too. The fleece lining give them an instant warmth. Great for quick playing in the snow, school drop offs in the winter, ect

I am so happy with this Rugged Ridge Sherpa Lined jacket!! This is actually the first brand new jacket I have ever purchased for my 4 year old and he LOVES it! It is luxurious and warm without being bulky. He usually wears a 4 or 5T so based of the available size chart I ordered the XS and it is a great fit. I will be ordering from here again and have been recommending this brand to friends and family. The collegiate Navy color is perfect for us because it fits his school uniform guidelines. Now I can rest assured he will be warm and cozy at school. We went from battling over putting a jacket on before going out to him not wanting to take this one off. He is a very active kid and has had no complaints. Thank you Columbia for the quality garment!
