Great hat super warm and light. The fleece is very comfortable and doesn't itch like wool hats do.

Fits 5 year old boy's head well. The smaller kids hat sizes were too small. Appreciate that it has Omni heat in the lining of the hat for added heat retention. Note Omni heat does not come down around ears.

This light weight hat is warm and comfortable. It is effective in the wind and mist of the Northwest.

This hat is so soft and warm with fleece and with omni-heat, which I have in my coats. Omni-heat reflects heat back at me but doesn't get me hot. This and it has an XL size, so it's not tight on my head like other beanies. Love it.

Thin, soft, warm. Thin enough to "double hat" on extremely colds days. Thin enough to wear under a straw hat while working outside. Not tight, but snug. Easy to pocket and carry around. Deep enough to cover ears. Camping sleeping hat, can't be beat. No one should really love a hat this much, but I do.

Fantastic beanie, roomy, thin, warm and very soft. Stretchy and not restrictive. I have a 7 3/4 hat size and the there is just enough room to reach my ear lobes and to feel snug, but not tight. Does not feel like it is grabbing the back of your neck, it has give. Repeated wearings will loosen it just enough and it becomes perfect. Very comfortable for long periods, excellent for sleeping, stays just right in the comfortable temperature zone. Omni-heat is game changer once again. Thin and soft, perfect for wearing under another hat on extremely cold nights, this is the utility player I have been waiting for.

Light daily use beanie, warm for everyday use, great omniheat technology

The Columbia product's r always top notch stuff i got my new Bennie in the week in Oklahoma when it was 17 degrees out sure come in handy.

Warm and comfortable. Good for me in temps from the 20s-60s as it is lighter weight yet has the Omni heat reflective lining to keep heat in. The bottom inner approximately 3" doesn't have the Omni heat and rather is the soft fleece which is soft on your forehead and ears and is very comfortable. The bottom of my ear lobes sometimes stick out a little as it slides up slightly, but fits over when you pull it back down.

The silver interior really holds in the heat without adding bulk. Lost my old one but this version fits better. Covers my ears.

I previously bought two of these from a brick and mortar store, and enjoyed them when I had them, and now they are lost. I bought another, and enjoy the warmth (thanks to the Omni Heat lining), and the fact that the beanie fits snugly over my ears. It is also lightweight, soft, and not bulky or itchy.

I ordered this hat a few years ago. I loved it...... I then lost it and I replaced it last year and this year hoping it was thicker like my first one. It is also too big for me. But I will make it work

I really like this beanie. I think it is unbeatable for hikers and others who want the warmest and lightest option for temps above 0*F. The large size fit my 22.5" head perfectly, snug but not tight.
