I am a huge fan of Vans and have had at least a dozen pairs over the last few years. As a major Harry Potter fan, when I saw this collaboration I bought the Marauders Map shoes immediately. I was crushed when I opened the box and saw the rust/blood splotches in person. While it may be true to the map's design, on a shoe, it just looks like someone bled all over my feet. The color of the canvas was also a lot darker than the photos showed. The Zappos photos make the canvas almost white, but in reality, it's a tan/yellowish tone that's just not attractive. What a bummer, I was so excited about this design.

Great. The gold parts are so pretty and the ball of the snitch is metal and amazing. The rubber stripe around the sole of the shoe is gold with micro glitter. Perfect

Love these Vans. They're true to size and were sold out on Vans.com but thankfully Zappos had them. I love Harry Potter and these are great.

Very cool shoe.... but not that comfortable

The Harry Potter theme is subtle on these: only the Ravenclaw emblem on the tongue, which is mostly hidden when laced up. Otherwise, they're typical Vans.

bought these for my daughter, fit right and she loves them.

Bought these as a present for my 17 year old niece who is a huge Harry Potter fan and she absolutely LOVES them.

My daughter LOVES these shoes. She currently wears 5.5. We ordered 5.5 to start. Way too small. Size 6 was out of stock, so we gambled with 6.5. Size 6.5 was right on the mark. No way would a 6 have fit. A 7 would probably give her more room to grow.

I have way way way too many pairs of vans but these are by far my favorite!! The color of these is spectacular! They are a little tall, almost a creeper feel to them, but super springy and supportive. I have not skated in them and probably due to how amazing they are. I’m so glad I got these

These shoes made my partner’s day! He is a Harry Potter Superfan and these Vans were sold out everywhere. They look and fit perfectly - they even have reflective trim! And they cane super fast! Thank you Zappos!!

Awesome sneakers!

size and fit were true to vans typical sizing. I bought the 2 tone slytherin shoes & the picture made it seem almost like patent leather. however i was surprized and NOT disappointed when i recieved them and they were more of a textured suede! i am in love with them and try to wear them as much as possible. i was also super stoked that the bottoms were the same green as the shoes and not the typical brown rubber.

My daughter absolutely loves her Hufflepuff shoes. She said they feel a little tight but once she breaks them in they will be fine.

I am a HUGE HP fan and I had to have these shoes the second I saw them. They are insanely comfortable and so cute with jeggings, shorts and leggings I have worn them with.

Nabbed these before they sold out (in minutes) for my daughters graduation; she's a Potterhead, and I quote: "These are the coolest shoes I've ever owned!" - While platforms, they are not very tall, just a bit taller than regular Vans Sk8-Hi, scale texture on the outsole is cool - width is standard vans sk8-hi - The green color is a cool iridescent and catches light nicely - Laces are actually a ribbon material so time will tell if they hold up (they won't be skated in); the lace stay isn't very practical as it is there for showcasing the Dark Mark. These are easily the best looking shoe of the collab. Shoes aside, this was the first time I thought Zappos wasn't going to come through as I ordered the second they went live and the order was in processing limbo for days (I had ordered these as a gift with a deadline for delivery so the usually 1-2 shipping was what I was counting on). After reaching out to CS the order miraculously shipped and they arrived in time.

Even though I am not a huge Slytherin fan, I loved the style of the shoe—it’s not too shiny, the green is appropriately reptilian green, and the black creeper-like soles have a snakeskin print. My only issue is with the snake print shoelace cover on the tongue that does not lie flat and the laces that could be a little longer. They are comfortable and fun!

These Vans are SO cute and comfortable!

Needed to go a size up to compensate for the narrowness of the shoe. I don’t have “wide” feet, but some “medium” widths are too narrow, and these were a pair that did that. I love them though! I ordered a couple sizes because I have a big foot size and they didn’t carry my size in stores.

I love these shoes! For the style, of course - not for the comfort. Sadly, my feet are super flat and Van's aren't the most comfortable shoes for me!

See previous Blurr style Vans review. This was a pair for my other son and we were able to successfully remove the insole and put in an orthodic insole since he has flat feet. The style was surprisingly nice. My son liked the shoes and says they are a decent overall shoes.
