My wife loves the boots but your company false advertising of the boots in one of the photos are very unprofessional its misleading the customer. I called Customer service and the guy said it's a old picture of the boot whatever that mean..

Totally false, do NOT buy, the little fuzzy ball on the picture is not actual come like that. I bought this because I like that ball on the lace. I called the customer service they said:"this is for promotion purposes, but the shoe actually doesn't have it!" What ?! Excuse me, you lied to get me buy it and you doesn't come with it? Is it I'll age to do that? ?? Customer service said many times if apologize, but tell me I have to deal with it without the ball, not the one showed in the pictures. What a company what a shame! I happened to see their lie in Instagram as well, attached so you can see. The grey ball on the lace, DOES NOT come with your shoe!
