My granddaughter would not wear these due to the uncomfortable "ankle gripping knobs" inside boot. These boots also felt wider than the previous year's styles.

My daughter and son love bogs but my son will only buy the ones with No Holes the plain black pair every year! My daughter wants a cute pair with No Holes. Holes are only cute if you don't get snow. In Utah we get snow and lots of it the holes allow the snow to come into the boots and if your kids plays at school recess their feet are wet the rest of the day Please start making Girl pairs with No Holes!!!!!!!!!!

We bought a size larger then what our little ones needed to hopefully extend the use of these boots and when they arrived we couldn't even pry them on. We have never purchased bogs but we had to return as they were so hard to get on and one kid we couldn't even get them on at all!!

Incredibly small. Purchased a size 11 and it's only about 1/2 inch bigger than our size 8.

Came beat up. Exchanging is a hassle and takes weeks for replacement. I'm either stuck with messed up boots my son not having boots for part of a Minnesota winter. I'm disappointed.

I got the boots just before the first Minnesota snow fell, opting for these in hopes that my daughter's feet would fare better with the weather than with uggs. I will for sure say they're waterproof, but with the cold weather rating I had high hopes that they might actually keep her toes warm. I was sadly mistaken. I'm hoping to find some good kid's boot socks so I don't have to buy another pair of boots this winter, but i for sure won't be a return customer.

My daughter's feet froze in these boots. The temp rating is no where near accurate. Would not buy again. No lining!

The temperature rating on these boots is not even close to accurate. My child's feet were frozen after playing outside in 20 degree weather. They're not even lined! Very disappointed.

The quality is great but what upset me is that when I ordered the pair for my son, I measured his foot and went by the sites sizing chart for boys and it ended up being way off! I mailed it back and havnt gotten my refund back yet.

The grey temperature-rating circle that is on the back of the boots was hanging on by a thread when I opened them up. So they look uneven now. Also the bottoms starting peeling after one hour of wear. Customer service didn't address the first issue at all even though I messaged twice about it. They also responded that the bottoms peel because of something that is sprayed on the bottom of the boots to reduce import taxes? It was a very confusing response and I feel frustrated. I did a lot of research and picked this brand because of its reputation and customer service but ended up disappointed after spending a lot of money.

Boots came with no tag, no cardboard inserts and with white animal fur all over them. Disgusting and totally not worth the price I paid for what should be NEW boots.

I purchased the boots based on the Bogs size chart. I measured my daughters foot and purchased the closest size. It said the boot is made roomier for space to grow. Well that turned out to be not true at all!! There is no room to grow whatsoever! The boot is already way too small - she can't even get it on her foot! Holding the sole of the boot up to her foot, I can see that it is the same size as her foot. Either their sizing chart is way off, or the sizing of this boot is way off. Wish I had somewhere we could have tried them on in person, but unfortunately that is not possible. I did contact customer service before purchasing the boot to inquire about size, but they didn't even bother to respond!

We love bogs and buy them annually for our children. This year we tried the new, lighter version. Unfortunately, the new "Heel Lock" system is very uncomfortable. It is basically two large oval pads set on either side of the inner heel area. It is intended to stop heel slippage, but my child just found it dug into his foot and made the boot unwearable. I ended up returning and purchasing the classic style. Please never change the inside of the classic boot! For children with sensory issues, this seemingly small change has a huge impact on boot comfort and fit.

They are soooo small! I bought a size bigger than what my son's old bogs were, and he couldn't get his feet in! I took the insole out to measure... size 2 is smaller than size 1 in the classic. Very disappointed.
