Definitely not worth the price at all. This is more of a fall jacket and not for the winter. Does not keep me warm as I thought it would.

This is not the 1996 jacket I remember. Too thin and I returned the jacket not worth it.

The jacket is beautiful and well made. The problem is that I had to order it twice. Both times this jacket was lost/misplaced/stolen by OnTrac. Each time I had to wait about 9 days before NF could credit me. Finally the third time I just had them send it to me on the west coast and I paid out of my pocket to send the jacket to my daughter in NY. I don't understand why NF is continuing to do business with OnTrac. Terrible service but the jackets are nice. Next time I'll just buy another brand because I don't want to go thru this again.

Thanks to my bf, i got a gift card from him. i wanted to buy this Jacket, but the day after the order, North Face wrote a letter that the jacket was out of stock. The funds were debited from the gift card and never returned! For a month now, I have been trying to return the funds to the card or get a new gift card from North Face! a few hours of communication with support, and dozens of emails did not help! now they just don't answer me and don't want to solve the problem! I do not advise you to buy it. if there is a problem due to the website or the availability of the product (even when the website shows that the product is in stock), you will have big problems with a refund!

The feathers come out and it is all on your shirt or sweater

Arms are too long

I wore it without a sweater underneath and I was dying of cold, for the price I thought it would be better quality but no, the sleeves were a little baggy for me, I ordered xs 133 lb and 5'3, it fits me well but on the hips it is very narrow.and the temperature was 37 in NJ

LOOKS CHEAP. The hard material is looks cheap, so not suit to adult.

Caught this jacket on a branch and it ripped. The fabric is very thin for the price and tore easily. Disappointed in the quality - doesn't seem up to standard for North Face.

I bought this jacket with an impression it that I had a lifetime guarantee. Initially, I loved the jacket but it was barely a few months until it ripped which I'm not sure how because I'm not a mountain climber. I'm a teacher. I thought if sent it back, I could have it fixed or replaced instead, I had to pay a shipping fee of $30 to send it back and not only that but they wanted me to pay $60 to repair it. So it having a lifetime warranty, is a total lie. Beyond disappointed with how much it costs.

This puffer came in the mail covered in dirt and the zipper was broken. It also has a horrible smell to it and was definitely used.

Jackets fill started coming out. I got this jacket 15 days back and fill started to come out of shell. Did not expect this from North Face. Such a waste.

Too THIN!

cold weather use. Outer-shell material is very thin and of very poor quality, rips very easily. two tears within 1-week, didn't even sit on any rough surface or remember jacket getting tangled in anything.

Not so great for the price just got this jacket a month ago and already got a rip on the arm part it's a warm jacket but the quality is not good. Any little thing with rip it.

Order this jacket for my daughter for vacation and received a different cheaper version of it , seriously though?? Need to send it back now , very dissapoited

I purchased the jacket and they told me it'll be shipped and the jacket ended up being sold out. Which was a huge inconvenience and I feel like was handled poorly, no incentive was given after the inconvenience

This jacket is way too thin for the winter. This jacket is literally only for fashion.

I wore this jacket once or twice before the down feathers started to come out of the jacket in various places (not just the seams). The zipper pulls unthreaded and the stiching became undone. Overall, an expensive product with poor quality.

The product image does not match the coat you are sent for the Heather grey. The image shows a black interior and zipper, but the real product has a terribly-unmatched-to-the-material grey zipper and a light grey almost white interior. Aesthetically it makes a significant difference in my opinion, not to mention the lighter interior will show more dirt and stains. A very annoying inconvenience to have.
