LOVE this jacket. It's warm. Adjusts at the waist for a more fitted look. The wrists also adjust. It's cute. I knocked off one star because I thought it came with a hood.

Love the fit and the quality. Looks a little bulky with sweaters. The hood is a little flimsy.

Was a birthday gift for my niece in high school and she LOVED it...apparently her friends loved it too...made me look like a cool uncle! THANK YOU!

No lie, this jacket is actually perfect for winter because it blocks out all the cold. I'm typically always cold and have to wear multiple layers to feel warm, but when I put this on, I don't even close it because it's that good. It has a hidden waterproof hood that perfect when it rains and you can store away under the collar when you don't need it. I wish this jacket came in a chocolate color and had more color options. I also do wish that it was longer, but the long version looks super 80's so I wish they would make another version that just adds a few inches of length, no buckle or anything needed just a bit longer to cover the butt area. I wish the sleeves were a tad bit longer for the tall folks, I am fairly small and have short arms but people taller would probably struggle finding the right size. The only complaint I have is the zippers, to get something out of my pockets is a struggle and the placement of the zipper on the outsides is at an awkward angle and not comfortable at all. I also wish it had more pockets on the inside rather than just one. Anyway I thought this jacket was overhyped, but its not, its the best jacket I have to keep me warm.

Bought a coat online and was too small called a store nearby for a larger size great customer service. Held it for 24 hrs went in to exchange and they were sooo nice. PS. Love the coat !!!

The jacket is nice. I would say it runs a little oversized. I ordered a small but could have ordered an XS. It keeps me warm and I love the side cinch option to make it more cropped and cinched at the waist.

Absolutely love! It is so nice to find a coat that is fitting for people who are shorter. It is so comfortable. Not bulky and yet so warm. 5"2 and ordered a size small.

I ended up with the mens version of this jacket (which sadly does not come in pink, haha) because of the length. I am 5'9", so not super tall, but this is just too short for me. It hits above my hip and is not comfortable because of that. I had one from circa 2004 that was not like this, I feel like they shortened this new version a little which is too bad. Make it 2" longer and I would gladly buy, but instead I am getting a mens one that is not as cute but I am after the warmth and function anyway!

This jacket is so warm and cozy! I wish the hood was a bit bigger (to better fit my curly hair) but otherwise, i'm so glad I purchased it. It's a great defense against cold air. The hidden pocket inside was a great touch as well.

My daughter and I both have the retro puffer jacket. Very warm. We both wish the sleeves were a bit longer .

I bought this coat in 1998 and I still wear it every winter! It's comfortable and extremely well made - It's indestructible. I've washed it in the washer and dried it (only on low) and it still looks good. No rips in the coat. Even though I have other, full length coats that I wear in the winter, I would never give this coat away. Sometimes when my house is chilly and I don't want to turn up the heat, I wear around the house :) Buy it, you'll love it!!!

I like the feeling and size of the jacket. However, i returned it as the white color is faded and slightly see through fabric so I want to purchase a different color.

I love this jacket! It is so warm in MN winters, super stylish and very fitting. However the sizing runs a bit small I had to get the next size up.
