I am using this shoe in the gym, light and comfortable. I have no arches, have not run in this shoe yet.

I am using the shoes for the local gym. They are working out very nicely for this purpose.

Just what I was looking for. This is a great shoe for the gym. HIIT classes or weight lifting. Great grip on the floor and light weight

I bought these five months ago for crossfit and they have been perfect. Breathable, light, and supportive, they fit well and have endured heavy, long term abuse. They are very stable for lifting and work well for cardio and running. I just bought my next pair in case these ever wear out... They may not.

Shoes have been great in the gym. Super stable, light weight and breathable. They feel almost like a second sock. The name “Minimus” describes them well because there’s not a lot of fluff or frills with these, which is exactly what I wanted. Definitely would buy again.

They fit great and look great. They don't breathe, and my feet get hot sometimes; that is the reason they didn't get 5 stars

Shoes fits and look great...only issue is the shoe strings are miles too long. I have to triple tie the laces to keep the end off the ground. The laces would fit a high top boot. I would purchase again with the understanding the lace issue was corrected.

The shoe laces came apart on a light hike.

I normally find New Balance to be true to size but there are a little tight on the outside of the big toe. Otherwise they are perfectly nice shoes.

I bought a pair of minimus when they first came out to replace my five finger vibrams. What I liked about them was that they maintained that minimal feel of the vibrams while being much more comfortable. The Prevails do NOT have that minimal feel to them and instead have a more cushioned feel. That's not a bad thing, just not what I wanted in a gym shoe. Guess I should have gone for the 20v7 model instead.

Had to send the shoes back due to the width being to large. Comes in two widths, standard and wide but the standard was just to loose and sloppy. I placed an order for the Minimus 20v7 shoe as a replacement and they are a perfect fit. Fit so well that I ordered two more pair.

It may just be some quirk of my feet, but something about the design of this shoe gave me significant pain in the arches. I was also really underwhelmed by the the lateral support. Doing lateral prowler drags, I might as well have been wearing flip-flops. It felt like the upper was stretching and allowing my foot to push past the edge of the sole

Sooooo flat. No support whatsoever. I have wide feet and high-ish arches, and the fit on the shoes was slightly off, as in just a hair too small. They might be ok after a break-in, but they hurt my big toe after walking around the house for 5 minutes. They're also super hot. I don't know if there's a layer of Gore-tex in them, but they don't breath AT ALL. These would probably be OK with some quality insoles, but if you have to spend another $20-50 just to make a pair of shoes marginally workable, then it's not a good pair of shoes.
Severely disappointed.

These shoes are supposedly replacing the Minimus 40 trainers. These shoes have no arch support and the mesh material feels cheap. I feel like New Balance cut some corners. Bring back the Minimus 40!

Run very narrow and have a weird mesh you can see your socks through.
