Put this parka on the very first time. Went outside and forked some hay to a couple horses. Temperature was -5 F. Impressed with warmth and roominess. Went oin the house. ZIPPER WAS BROKEN!!! THE ZIPPER ON MY PARKA IS GARBAGE!!!

The zipper broke probably the fourth time I wore the jacket. Quality was fine otherwise, but it's not going to work

Love this jacket, but after only almost 4 months of use the zipper is broken. Waiting on customer service to see how they will handle.

I purchased this coat to replace another Columbia coat I had for several years because the zipper kept failing. I wore this coat for the second time today and the zipper failed on this one also. I probably have to switch brands..
