Cute shoe. I wear a 9 1/2 so a size 40 fits in a sandal and I need a 41 in closed toed shoes. I felt like this shoe was going to slip off my foot as I walked in it. I haven’t had this problem in size 40 Dansko sandals or size 41 Dansko clogs. I returned these.

Found these great for traveling. Very comfortable and dressier then tennis shoes

Really like these. Wish they had a higher heel.

this is the 1st pair of dansko shoes that haven't fit me properly. they're just not for my feet. i'm so grateful to Zappos i can return them w/o any fuss or going out of my way. i ordered these yesterday and they arrived today.

usually wear 8-8.5 with a moderately wide toe box. That translated to a 39 in European sizing, which was too big. I reordered a 38 which was perfect fit. I am a "woman of a certain age" and the style is very cute but I thought my old foot did not do justice to the cute shoe. Fortunately, Zappos is so wonderful with the liberal return policy...can't beat it, since shoes are a very individual thing and hard to get right on the first try. I do recommend this shoe style, which can be dressy or casual; summer or winter; work or play, dress up or down.

I wanted to love these shoes the color was perfect but they hurt the top of my foot when I wore them and the elastic on the buckle rubbed on my foot. I love dansko but since they got rid of the Marcelle it’s been tough to find one that’s fits good.

These are typical Dansko quality and have the wonderfully supportive footbed. My only complaint relates to the finish of the wine color which rubs off easily. I was chalk drawing on the driveway with my child and when I got up, the top of the shoes near the toes had been permanently scratched. I should have known better, I suppose, but the finish on the rest of my Danskos is tougher so I didn’t expect the scratches. The shoes were too expensive for me buy a new pair, so scratched they shall remain. Sharing my take of woe so that you remember to be careful with yours so you don’t have to kick yourself later.

I usually buy Dansko because it has a built in arch support that I need. I ordered this shoe because I wanted less of a heel--this one is 3/4" less than the clogs that I usually wear. I love the fit, and it is cute, but the arch support is only moderate. For die-hard Dansko lovers, this will be a disappointment. I can only hope that my feet aren't aching and cramping at the end of a long day walking, but I like it enough to try.

I tried these on at the department store, and they were awsome, but I wanted the wine color, so I ordered them here. I wore them with socks on the carpet for awhile. There is a ridge on the inner aspect of the footbed that was causing a line of pressure from my heel to my toe. I have a wide foot and have been trying to find a pair of Danskos that work for me. These are the close, but I will have to return them.

I usually buy my Dansko clogs in a 38, but I thought I would try this shoe in the 39 because my husband mentioned that my heel seemed to be at the very back of my other Dankso clogs. So I tried the 39, but, for my narrow foot, the 38 works much better for me. My mistake, but Zappos makes it easy to try other options.

I am returning first pair because right shoe felt loose while left shoe was that perfect Dansko fit. I reordered second pair same exact style/, size and they fit well. Happy I tried again. Love these cute closed toe clogs. Would be dressier with black sole.

I’m usually an 8 or 8.5/39 but got a 38 too for comparison (39 was the proper size). I’m not sure how to wear socks with these in cooler temps because you’d slip right out. However...If I wear them barefoot, there is a seam on the inside that rubs at the base of my toes. I’m trying to think of what I could do about that but may end up returning these. Also, the navy looks black- I don’t mind that so much, but others might. It’s a cute style for sure.

Very soft, and comfortable footbed. Your feet will get sweaty without socks. They would be more comfortable if they were perforated . Fortunately the footbed is leather so you’re just dealing with sweaty feet and not smelly feet.

I bought the shoe in the beautiful navy in a size 38, which usually fits like a dream. However, this particular Dansko seems to run a little narrow. The arch support and cushioned sole are great, and I really like the style, but after multiple attempts of wearing it inside the home ... it kept pinching at the widest part of my foot. Unfortunately, they are on their way back :-(

I really liked these shoes and wanted them to fit. They ran large and wide. I have small feet and there was no size smaller than 5.5 -6. I am returning them.

The fit is the most perfect thing about these shoes. So comfortable. I was a little concerned that the heel might be too high but that is not a problem. Very well made. The only complaint I would have is that the leather scuffs easily. I had only worn them around the house when I first got them but somehow there were scuff marks. If the fit & style weren't so perfect I may have sent them back.

I love the style of this shoe. Wanted to wear socks for winter. With or without socks my heel slipped up and down as I walked in the shoe. Sadly have to return.

The right shoes was squeeking.

This is a poor representation of a Dansko shoe, the upper is leather which easily scuffs & is cheaply stapled to the rubber sole. The sole is “squishy”, as well as the insole. This makes them nicely padded, like “Klogs” shoes, however those shoes are only about half the price. So if you’re interested in real Dansko shoes don’t buy these. Also, the arch support isn’t the same as the usual Dansko. Overpriced, poor imitation.

The shoe was very comfortable but showed too much of my toes. I would have kept them if it had not been for that. I know that’s a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different.

The leather was dyed irregularly. Looked like scuffs but it was the color of the leather.

These were in my usual size, 38, and the fit itself was perfect. But . . I couldn't keep them on my feet! No matter how I adjusted the strap over the top of the foot, it was either too tight, or if correct, then they slipped off my feet.

Very comfortable shoes, just didn't like how dark the wine color was when I saw it in person.
