These sandals are beautiful! I ordered them in white and in black. The leather is buttery soft and yet sadly I have to return them because neither pair had any traction. My daughter tried hers and slipped. When I went to try mine and took a step my foot slid as well. Doesn't feel safe to walk in them. If only the bottom had more grip.

Fit around my foot fine but they were too long. Almost s whole size too big. I wasn’t a fan how the strap wrinkled over the top of my foot, making it look like plastic. Returning and keeping a Matisse pair instead. True what other reviews said, extremely slick on the bottom.

They were cute and very discounted, so I took a chance. I had to return them. Normally in open shoes and sandals, I take a 5 1/2 and they’re perfect. In some brands like fit flop, I have to take a five because they don’t make 5 1/2. I have several pairs of fit flops and they are perfect. So I bought these a size five. They fit me more like a 6 or even a 6 1/2 US. Plus the soul is like walking on plywood it’s so hard. There’s no padding of any kind. The only redeeming value is that the leather is extremely buttery soft.

I really wanted to like these - they have J.Crew/Madewell vibes in their appearance, but they just didn't do it for me. I purchased a 7W, but I think I could have sized down 1/2 a size for these and gotten the regular width. The leather part that goes over the toes is super soft, but tight at the seams. I think if I wore them to a walk a lot, they'd rub the tops of my toes where the seams are tight. Not right for my feet, will be returning unfortunately.
