Jacket keeps you warm at around 40 degrees and higher - need to layer up if it gets colder than that. It fits perfect and is well made.

Jacket overall is a nice fit, except a little tight in the armpits. Seems to be the cut style. There is plenty of sleeve length and room in the chest.

I got this jacket for my husband and he loved it. The design, style, color, comfort and quality is pretty impressive. However, he is 5"7 and I got this one in regular and it is little long for him so might have to return it just because of it's length

It is a nice jacket, but I think if they can increase the stuffing by 20%, it will be perfect.

Great coat. Warm and lightweight. Wish it had a breast pocket. Only two side pockets

I bought three of these for myself and my grown son and daughter, all the hooded version. They live in Colorado and found the jacket to be quite comfortable and warm.
I live in Florida but travel a lot. A recent trip to Pennsylvania gave me a chance to test the jacket to 11 degrees (zero windchill). Plus: I was actually comfortable in the cold weather wearing a Columbia fishing shirt and t-shirt underneath. Minus: there are no draw strings on the hood or the bottom of the jacket, allowing cold air to penetrate. Although the jacket kept my body warm, my hands were always cold in the pockets. Another annoying trait is the zipper constantly gets stuck from pulling the fabric into it (zips up, gets stuck on the way down).
If I were to do it over again, I would opt for the non-hooded version as the hood is too loose.

Lightweight, comfortable jacket. Originally ordered a medium based on size chart. Definitely did not fit around the bottom of the jacket when zipped up with a t-shirt on. The sleeve length fit pretty good, but when I raised my arms, it was well below my wrist towards my forearm. Jacket appears to be made of good quality materials. Time will tell how warm the Omni-Heat is as the weather has not been cold enough to truly see yet here in Germany. The collar is kind of weird though. I don't really know how to describe it. If you wear the collar open and not fully zipped, cool air will definitely come in. If you zip the jacket up all the way, it feels weird. Most people don't fully zip a jacket up though. It hasn't been windy enough to provide a review for that. Overall, I am happy with the jacket. I have had it for approximately a week and a half. Check back when it gets cold in January and February.

Very nice jacket. Wanted a good down jacket and tried this one because of the Omni-Heat layer. It's light weight and the wind goes right through it. Definitely need to layer with this.

Seems to be a great jacket however it would benefit from an elastic hem or drwstring so as to prevent wind from blowing up the jacket bottom. The combination of heat seal and reflective inner coating makes the jacket somewhat rigid (which is ok ) but allows a cold breeze to enter from below. Unfortunately I returned it. My usual XL was a bit too small and the XXL was bit too big. Didn't work for me but I still remain a big fan of Columbia. I have a lot of Columbia products that I thoroughly enjoy.

Decent jacket that would benefit from the use of a two-way zipper. Jacket is rather snug around the hem when sitting with jacket zipped.

Jacket is really warm. Pockets are HORRIBLY placed. Bothe the inside and outside pockets are at the same spot and both are right where you bend at the waste. So if you have a wallet and phone inside and outside for example that becomes VERY uncomfortable. Ruins the jacket IMO. Returned it sorry to say.

Cheap stitching of hem and wrist. Hem ripped when I squatted down in full zip. Warm at above zero in North Dakota winter. Can't find any good reviews regarding the omniheat technology. Not worth it unless price is under $ 90

First of all, this jacket doesn't match the product picture. The body is the same but there is no quilting pattern on the sleeves as there is in the picture. Second, hen the winds blows the chest and arms are cold. And when the wind blows at 40 degrees it is cold.
And third, I wish it was a little shorter.

This is not warm at all unless you are fond of wearing multiple layers (which I am not). It is good for temperatures above 5C / 40F but certainly not lower. The fit, make, color are all good. Fits true to size. Good for fall season or light winters/trail running as its quite breathable. I ended up returning because i wanted something warmer.

Not as warm as other jackets like this. If you are looking for a winter coat, look elsewhere. Cannot handle below 50 degrees.
