I like good quality clothing!

I love my Grand Trek down jacket! I live in Indianapolis and spend a lot of time outside even during the winter. Recently it's been around 10-30 and this beautiful blue jacket has me nice and protected from the elements and without any extra layers beneath. Another plus is that it fits just right. Not too big and bulky, but there is extra room to layer under the jacket once we get into the negatives. Thanks Columbia for helping me to keep warm and at the same time keeping me looking good!

I bought this jacket about a week ago and it has been an excellent purchase. I have purchased Columbia brand jackets in the past and they have never disappointed and this was no exception. The color, style and fit is amazing as well as keeping you warm in extreme cold weather. 100% recommended!

This is probably the warmest coat/jacket I own. It looks good and serves its function well.

I loved the color and fit. It was warmer than I expected but without bulk. It was nice to be able to cinch or tighten the bottom diameter for a more custom fit. Still there is room for layers. (I am a female but purchased a mens small for the longer sleeves and great color.) Love it! I

When I received the package I was surprised by how light it was (concerned, actually). I kept an open mind until I put it to the test. I can easily say that I will be comfortable wearing this coat in sub-freezing temperatures. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I bought this because my lighter filled jacket just wasn't warm enough, and I don't like wearing heavier multi-layer systems very often unless it's brutally cold. It's a perfect jacket for what I needed. Very warm and comfortable for day to day activities. It's been hovering in the 10-20 degree range here so it's been put to the test. Generally this runs true to size but I could use an extra inch or two at the bottom. Unless I'm wearing a tucked in or long shirt, I do notice that some cold air can hit the lower back and stomach when moving around. Not a huge problem, but something to consider. Overall a great jacket and I'm very happy with it.

Just purchased this jacket and it works exactly as expected, undoubtedly the best down jacket in business, only concern is was a little large in size

The down jacket fits perfectly. It's also very comfortable to wear and keeps me very warm. Delivery was on time too!

Bought one of these in navy blue, one in black for my two sons. They love them because they're warm, waterproof, have a hood, and look cooler than most winter jackets.

This is overall a great jacket, especially for the price. I like how the wrists have the ability to be tightened and the waist cinches. The only downside is the stomach area is about one to two inches looser than ideal for a down jacket. If I wear my thickest/fluffiest sweater, then it fits, but goal was to have a jacket as my only layer. I'm 170 lbs and 5'10". Also, would like to have a chest zipper pocket or internal zipper pocket but that's being nit picky. I hesitate to recommend because there might be better fitting products out there.

As advertised, nice and warm, not too bulky, under 10F would need more base layers. Would get 5 stars, except it needs and inside zip pocket as others have mentioned. Outside zip pockets good. Durable jacket.

It's a great jacket and looks good as well, however I ordered a small jacket and it didn't fit. It is a little boxy and runs large. Would recommend sizing down. Columbia should consider manufacturing size XS as well as size S is as good as size M. I did like the jacket a lot but ultimately had to return it because it was large. Would recommend it to other if it fits them well.

Perfect for travel. It is light and gives enough warmth:) I would go for one size down from the recommended size.

Considering it's puffiness and bulk, I expected this to be warmer than it is. It fits well overall but the sleeves are shorter than I'd prefer (by like 2 inches). Like most Columbia products I've purchased, the overall quality is great.

I live in the Seattle area and it rains in the fall/winter more than it snows. I've been looking a long time for a jacket that is water proof and warm that wasn't bulky or cumbersome and doesn't have pit-zips (can't stand those things). So far, this jacket is working well in both categories. As to fit, I do find it a bit smaller than regular, especially In the armpits and in the chest area. Suggestion for improvement would be more pockets. Only two outside and two inside. I would suggest a couple of chest pockets.

This coat is sold as waterproof but it's not. If you like wet waterlogged coats, this is the one to get
