I finally found a supportive tennis shoe that I can use on a daily basis with good support. Whether I am walking, cleaning the house or cooking in the kitchen these shoes are supportive and comfortable!

These were to replace my New Balance gym shoes for weight +HIIT training. I wear converse, keds, etc for casual wear. Out of the box, they were really good looking and felt ok... not great but ok. I have a neutral foot and average arches and the shoe seemed to be forcing my feet to pronate - lean toward each other. Wanted to give them a chance though. Wore to gym and it got really bad. - cushioning fighting my movements. - Where the tongue and body of the shoe meet there's a thick seam that rubs against my metatarsal/big toe area even through good athletic socks. Painful. Making the laces completely loose helped this but then I'm wearing slippers to the gym. - cut of the shoe rubs against my ankles. - STUPID SHOELACES. After an hour in the gym my ankles and shins ached like a day in roller skates. Unfortunately stepped in something nasty post-gym so couldn't return. Decided to try them for casual wear. Within a couple hours the bottoms of my feet started to burn (?!?) in addition to all the other issues. Also, for some reason, I kept tripping over nothing. Devil shoes. I finally took the cushions entirely out of the shoe which fixed the pronation and weird burning and lowered my foot enough that the tongue seam isn't rubbing the top of my foot. But this makes the ankle chafing worse. Got new longer shoelaces. Higher socks to minimize the ankle rubbing. I have regular, normal, sized 10 feet with no issues or deformities. These shoes are just not for me. Going to the goodwill to torture someone else.

I have what you'd call problem feet. I have a foot that had surgery and ended up with a collapsed arch, a significant bunion, and toes that splay out a little extra to one side. Even without the surgery, I have low arches and wide feet. This shoe works surprisingly well for me. My only issue is that the inserts that come with the shoe are not super comfortable for me - the way they push into my arches hurts a little. I solved that issue with some semi-custom inserts from Road Runner Sports. I will say they run bigger than other brands I've tried, about half a size. I'm marking "Feels too big" for that reason, and "Feels too wide" because they do accommodate my wide feet.

this pair of hupanas is cut differently from the last two pairs I bought. Are they made by a new manufacturer? They din't fit as well . Also the shie laces come open all the time.

Bought my 1st pair in March and now I have 3 and shopping for more. I do lots of walking and running around at work. My plantar fasciitis hasn't inflamed. The shoes are stylish and very comfortable.

'Love the shoes for walking. Very comfortable and sporty looking without my looking like a jock. (Mine are drizzle/lunar rock, which is a light gray.) Easy to put on because of the pull loops on the tongue and heel. I expect them to be an essential part of my wardrobe for travel (when it's safe to do that again). Suggestion: the laces need to be 3-4" longer. An "extra cushioned" version would also be a nice addition to the product line.

This shoe is comfy all around. My flat feet feel supported and I don't tire as quickly like I do with other shoes.

These are great for walking and all things around the house. Stable and supportive, just what I need with foot injury that likes to flare up frequently.

I felt hesitant about the color (black), but my feet stay cool on long walks. I had to buy a size larger due to size feels too narrow.

I'm a nurse and am on my feet most of the day! They are so comfortable! I have to have wide width and Hoka's come in wide widths so they are very comfortable! I would highly recommend these to anyone who is on their feet a lot!!

Even though it is a gorgeous shoe, it is not as comfy as my Clifton 7 that I love . The sole is more rigid. And it says that your feet won't stink - well, after a whole day on my feet, they do

I would not recommend these shoes. I teach group exercise and thought they would be good to wear fur my classes but NO! My feet were throbbing just 15 min into the class. I like my other Hokas a lot, just not these! I gave them a 2 star instead 1 though for looks...nice purple color.
